This app is exclusively for delivery boys, enabling them to accept delivery orders, assigned by vendors using Jd Omni. Once the order is accepted, the delivery boy can update the status of the delivery at various stages from this app.
Key App Functionalities :
• Once an order is accepted by the delivery boy, the Vendor and Delivery boy receive notifications with regard to that order.
• The customer can also track the delivery boy's activities. The tracking link is shared in an SMS once the order pickup is successful.
• Customer feedback can be shared by the delivery boy through this app.
• Orders categorized into Delivered, Failed and Ongoing can be viewed by the delivery boy.
