Please note that DELIVERY BOY app is a companion app and not a standalone app. It works in tandem only with Jd Shopping platform.This app is exclusively for delivery boys, enabling them to accept delivery orders, assigned by sellers using the Jd Shopping platform. Once the order is accepted, the delivery boy can update the status of the delivery at various stages from this app. Delivery Boy can view orders categorized into Pick Up Pending, Delivery Pending, Delivery Failed and Delivery Completed.
This app also makes it simple for the Seller and Customer to communicate, which will boost customer satisfaction as they are kept up to date on the delivery boy's activities.
