□■予防接種機能■□接種ワクチンを選択すると、出生日と接種状況などから接種スケジュールを自動で表示します。
また、過去の接種歴、接種したい任意ワクチン、スケジュールから除外する曜日等を設定することでその条件を勘案したスケジュールが表示されます。
急な発熱などでかかりつけ医の指示により接種予定日が変更になった場合なども予定日を変更入力いただくことにより、再度スケジュールを立てることが可能です。

登録した接種予定日が近づくとプッシュ通知でお知らせが届きます。神戸市独自で助成している任意予防接種に関する情報や市からの感染症情報などをお知らせ、確認することも可能です。

お住いの近くの医療機関でワクチン接種が可能かご確認いただけます。
また、住所から地図が表示されます。
