1 ★I really want to like this app and it be useful but still has tons of bugs. The biggest one is battery drain. Drains 20% of the battery with it installed even though it's not supposed to be constantly getting my location. But the notification is always on saying "getting your location". Also doesn't integrate with mapping software to give me directions to my family. Just skip and use Life360. So many more features and far less bugs.
1 ★Thought this app would be great to monitor mine and my children's screen time, but. Iw my daughters phone is getting notifs every 3 seconds and she cant do anything on her phone and even though I removed her from my account, it will not allow her to sign out or uninstall the app, despite following the Microsoft family help sections instructions. Bad glitch
1 ★Non functioning. Compared with Google Family link this app is poor. It never seems to communicate with my kids' PC which means that no matter how much extra time I give them, or whatever changes I make to the settings, the message just does not seem to get through to the kids' account and the PC they are using. I'm not impressed at all.
1 ★Won't communicate with computer!! I have been trying to allow for my daughter to have more time and it keeps giving me an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and many other things to get it to work. My daughter was in the middle of school work last night and the computer turned off because of time despite me already giving her more time. I could not trun it back on no matter what i did! Very frustrating!!!!
1 ★I've been on this app for months. All the details are correct for my email and both my children's emails etc; as a team member from Microsoft helped join me on to this. Each time it says my 2 children's activity time is NIL my 2 children are never off their xboxes soon as they finish school! It also won't allow me to control my daughter's settings yet she is a child! She is 10 years old! It says I can't change her settings without her permission 😂🤷♀️🙄😡. So rediculous! ZERO STARS
2 ★Bring back the block function where has it gone
1 ★What a load of s@@@. I had to remove my daughter aged 7 from the family as this piece of rubbish keeps stopping her from using Chrome which some games use. So this is the reverse of safety. Chrome is not windows so is that the problem. I am having to look and buy so software that is not biased and works even if I have to pay for it.
1 ★Useless if your child is over 13, my child is 14 and can choose to block reporting. He can also opt out of being part of the family group. Something as basic as setting the time limit for individual apps/programs can only be set if your child permits reporting. Absolutely useless!
2 ★Hi, The application is good only for parents who want to track children. But it is useless if the children are adults. Children should be able to track parents location and other things too. It would be nice if this feature could be added. This made make it a 4 star app.
3 ★The app is ok. But the game/s that are installed in the laptop are not visible in my child's user activities. Why? Is it because the game is not installed directly in my child's user account? Do I need to reinstall it there to see whenever he uses them? I noticed all the apps in listed are the ones in his linked android. Why are the apps in the windows laptop not listed? And the time settings I think are only for windows ans Xbox... I don't think it includes the android. Please be more specific.
3 ★I tried 3 times in the past 10 minutes to authorize additional time for my child through this app and it did not work any of those times! Since this function is literally the only reason I have this app on my phone, it's pretty worthless!
3 ★I would say, still this app is not user friendly. When there is a request for screen time extension, it's still puzzle for me, not sure where to look for approve/ deny requests.
