1 ★I installed this app on my phone and after the trial period I upgraded to the Basic subscription by paying £39.95 on 02/03/2025.But instead of my profile being upgraded, it started giving me an error message to update my Play account settings. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I'd appreciate a timely resolution of this problem. Kind regards. Samuel
1 ★Can't get away with this app. Don't download it, there is no contacting them if you don't buy their premium , and you will need to contact them, because the app is not leaving any phone. Neither parent's nor kid's. Unbelievable scam, I wonder how this is even legal.
3 ★This app is amazing untill I found a bug. I don't know where to report the bug hence writing it here. So I really want to block playstore in my child's phone so that he cannot download other browsers from store. What I observed, it takes 3-4 second to the block pop up to come. And in that time, I easily searched a browser and clicked on install and it installed the browser as well defeating the purpose of playstore block. Otherwise it's great.
1 ★Doesn't work. Tried reinstalling it, won't pick up my kid's device.
2 ★Only partially works on IoS devices. Somehow it cant block apps like whatsapp, so its pretty useless.
1 ★Just as bad as Family Link. 5. Hours! It's been almost FIVE HOURS of fighting with the phone and this app and it STILL doesn't work. 5. HOURS!!! I looked up, searched, and done all the things just to find it was pointless. The messaging and call monitoring won't work. Yes, I downloaded the full version. Yes, all the settings are done. Yes, I gone over everything. Glad I didn't spend money on this.
2 ★Unstable App The app rules (set Bedtime or daikly limit) on the child's phone keep having problems, it's very unstable. The support advised to uninstall reinstall the app. It's been my 3rd time to perform this.
5 ★works great! but don't test it out on your wife's phone without telling her. It'll make her very angry at you, haha.
2 ★I use it for only one child and every time I have to select it, rather than just open the dashboard of the child. I cannot block YouTube on my child's phone, even on paid subscription which then makes it useless to pay for something that it cannot be blocked, same for WhatsApp.
