3 ★One of the most complete web browsers for mobile phones along with Kiwi, both have extensions support, when it comes to customisation Yandex reigns above all, HOWEVER! There are few things that Yandex lacks that Kiwi enjoys 1- No PWA support : whenever I want to install a web app it just creates a shortcut on the home screen and opens in the browser rather than in its own window (like Photopea, Telegram..) 2- Kiwi optimises Chrome Store to fit mobile screen and Yandex doesn't Please fix those💔
5 ★The best browser I have ever used. It has everything a browser needs and it's fast, easy to use and has image search and other features other browsers don't support. Edit 1: As a response to your question about region, I'm not sure the results are from Russia region, but the thing is they always show up in russian, it's an automatic translation and I get results such as VK, which is an almost exclusively Russian social media so it might be giving search results from Russia.
3 ★Thorough review: pros- The app is good with a friendly, modern UI that is easy to navigate, Yandes search engine is actually good tho not perfect, Offers choice on search engines which is good, many added features. Cons: Lacks a lot of extensions, the ad blocking feature was good at first but now it's very poor. Too many ads. Not optimized enough for low memory or Ram. 3 ★Some features urgently needed: 1. 'Search' function in the bookmarks section. 2. 'Recently closed tabs' section. Search History is not the substitute. 3. Vertical tabs in tablet, just like the mobile version. Mobile version is better than the tablet version in this regard. It would be better if you keep the same version in tablet too. Tab management in tablet is very bad, if you keep a lot of open tabs. 4. Strong adblocker of its own. Like Brave, Opera, etc.
1 ★Despite setting the app language to English, and trying automatic, everything in the app remains in Russian. Same with the search results too. I've set my region to UK, yet nearly all of the search results are in Russian. I've restarted it and reinstalled it many times but it always remains in Russian. And supposedly it has ad blocking built-in but the few sites I did visit before removing the app were still full of ads.
5 ★I have been using Yandex Browser with Protect for years and years. It is by far the best browser out there. The speed is unbelievable and the clarity/definition of the web pages are unbeatable. Plus, you need not worry about Google poking there nose into aunt Betty's recipe for roast chicken. Yandex search is amazing and accurate. Just knowin it's not linked to google or the other western, intrusive browsers is quite nice. Well done Yandex. Highly recommend.
4 ★Great app, using since more than 5 years. The browser needs an option to generate or scan QR codes for websites so that it would be easy to share website to a person standing close. To share a website by other means to a person who is standing just near me, it takes a few seconds. But to create a QR and then that guy scanning it and opening it is much faster.
1 ★I can't use browser properly, the page is not opened properly. When I try to search, page don't open properly. It shows no letters, only images. Then I uninstalled yandex browser with protector from phone, then installed yandex start. After one week new yandeex start browser shows same problem. I can't use browser , page don't load, can see anything. U installed and then I stalled other version. Still...
1 ★Very bad. Extension only 2 display. Very very bad. 2 extension only access display. So only 2 extensions can be used smoothly. Can't show any other extension connected. It should also be more smooth to use.

Thought maybe you shuld know that Google has taken over my usage of this Browser. When I select a website from Yandex Search (engine) results and if there is an app for it in google play store, I have a notification that asks if I want to continue in the App or in CHROME ! I thought that I was using YANDEX BROWSER ?
2 ★Update: when I searched from the search bar "twitch" the first 3 results are in Russian, and more are in Russian when I scroll down. Kinda scared me, scary to see that IMO. Not 100% sure it's "safe" to use, Google searches have Russian letters.
2 ★It seems that only the MetaMask extension is working for me. Other extensions do not appear in the extension or add-on menu. But i find it on more extensions menu. How can I open them? Please help me fix this issue.
