1 ★Two days ago, the app started working terribly and my packages disappeared from the deliveries list. I decided to reinstall the app, and since then I'm trying to sign in but in vain. No matter how many times I tried, the app still doesn't send the one-time PIN to my phone number so I can sign in! I have packages to receive but I can't even sign in, wth?
1 ★have been trying to use this platform for a while,i have an order awaiting for my pickup, but the android app won't send a verification SMS to my phone,so that I can actually pick up my orders,just an overall terrible experience!

5 ★I love this shop! I am a big lover of Rubik's cube and similar puzzles. I use it to buy puzzles. The quality is high, shipment is fast. I'm using it for about 6 months. During this process there were only 2 problems: a shipment of a cube took so long, my last cube's quality was low. But that doesn't even matter. I had many many offers and only two of them were made of low quality. I highly recommend this to the people living in Europe or Asia. Thank u for creating this AMAZING shop. 🥹❤️
1 ★Very bad application, I would say application made in USSR. Working somehow, sometimes and with lowest quality. Search algorithm is very poor, menu structure is not logical, support - NO support at all. This is first time that I can see login with only phone number, but it's not enough to have application and phone number. For login to your account you need to have priest to bless the application and wait for pin code for login. Login and placing orders through website is not possible anymore.
1 ★1. Most of the products are not available for Armenia. 2. They charge for return of the item, even if they delivered badly damaged goods. 3. The support is terrible. They charged me for a product which I never received and never refunded. The support keeps telling me that they passed my complain on to the specialist. It's already a year now that I'm waiting for refund.
1 ★Just a terrible app!! My package is "on the way to the delivery point" for more than a month. Still, I can't cancel the delivery and require my refund. And, there is virtually no support for this and other possible issues.
1 ★They lost my package and are kidding me. I have requested to cancel that order and make refund as there is no availability to cancel by myself for my region. They are sending exact the same stupid answer for my request twice "You can cancel that order when that option will be available for your region".
