A - VOIP SIP Free call
With AppyCall, you can have a VOIP SIP Free call. However, you will need to do some steps:
1) Register SIP account
There are some free SIP account provider.
For example: you can visit: https://www.linphone.org/freesip/home to register a freesip account.
After registration, you will be provided with:
- Sip identity : sip:your_username@sip.linphone.org
- Username : your username
- Domain / Proxy : sip.linphone.org
2) Passing SIP account into the app
Go inside your profile -> edit profile.
Scroll to these last options with:
- Sip Account: your username
- Sip Domain: your sip identity (it needs to start with sip:...)
- Sip Password: your password
3) Click Update button
If everything is correct, you will see the green status on top navigation bar.
B - VOIP SIP Free call:
Sometimes, you may lose the connection with SIP server. If this happens, you will see the status color becomes RED or GREY.
What you can do is:
If SIP Status is RED:
- Check your SIP account and be sure having correct account, domain, password.
If SIP Status is GREY:
- Click SIP Connect button in profile to reconnect to SIP server.
If SIP Status is BLUE:
- This means the application is trying to connect to SIP Server.
