4 ★Was in Niue in March 2020 and could see the warehouse in Auckland on my android phone. Gets 4 stars because a couple of cameras will go off line, we have to unplug a cable on site to reset it. Could be a cable issue? But apart from that it does the job.

1 ★I am so angry about being scammed out of 500 bucks for this toy, but by the time you read this, you'd probably installed the whole horseshit thing, so congrats I suppose. Edit: why isn't there a reboot option on the app? I have to constantly reboot the device and it is a pain.

2 ★The surveillance functions are solid but if you don't want to watch all day then the notifications are a mess, they are scrambled, clunky and buggy. Also the PIR sensors send moving leaves and so the sensitivity needs to be adjustable to that of having utility and to avoid time wasting.

2 ★Too inconsistent. Email system doesn't work. Very hard to setup unless you are an IT guru.

5 ★Great app doesn't crash at all on multiple different operating systems on dozens of different devices. Quality camera housings. Should have a microphone on all 2k and 4k cameras using poe, instead of just the spotlight camera. Also would like to see ptz on 2 and 4k also as even cheap brandless systems 10 out 10 so far

4 ★Night recordings could be clearer also a wider coverage be good

1 ★Rubbish. Works for a couple of days then it always appears offline. Emails to Concord get no reply. Pathetic.

1 ★No notifications at all,which defeats the purpose of getting this system, ive uninstalled the app and it worked for about 3 min then that was it, very frustrating. So yeah. Had this on my iphone xs and it worked great, but not so good on my samsung s20 plus. Please fix this problem and ill ammend this review. Cheers,

3 ★Although the camera quality is good you cant sync the modem to anything to record or view. It's not as easy as the instructions make it to be. And to contact someone for assistance is impossible. Tried on many occasions. Would think twice before buying.

5 ★Works perfectly every time, easy to use and set up.

1 ★App was working perfectly fine but then out of the blue kept saying off line and I can no longer view my cameras. Not a happy customer at all. Will look to get a refund and purchase another brand.

5 ★Good system although had to have a camera replaced under warranty due to water ingress.
