5 ★In advocating for our special needs child I have been using LegalLogs to store all his IEP school, health and documentation needs. It has given me peace of mind knowing that I can rely on one centralized location to advocate effectively as a parent as he needs change.
3 ★I have a few concerns. There is no delete option. Sometimes I mess up on the order of adding screen shots of text messages, and I can't delete them. Also I can't backup any of this info to my email. It would be nice so I could just print it all out. It's great for organizing any documents and such. However, I think it's dumb to only allow 6 pictures to be uploaded into the "text" folder. Or if I want to upload more documents I have to go under the "text" app and share the document to the "journal" folder. Which inside of that folder has a text tab and a social media tab. Just doesn't make any sense and makes it a little more frustrating to upload anything. Y'all should just eliminate the text and social media folders all together and just leave the tabs under the "journal" folder. Lastly, when you upload a picture or document, the app won't let you rename it or move it. Being allowed to move it in a specific order would be fantastic and it makes it easier to pull up a screen shot of a text if you can rename the title of it. Just my opinion, but these issues have me really annoyed.
1 ★Updating my review: I had used this app a few weeks and loved all the features. I haven't even gotten into all that it offers and it seems mostly easy to use. I was very concerned after saving several journals and evidential attachments and then I logged in one day and it was all GONE! I was relieved to discover that it was merely a bug that made it not appear and that they have another way to save and view things so that it is never truly lost even in case of a bug. It was a bit frustrating that it took several days for them to get back to me, but the issue appears to be fixed and the admin. was very polite and helpful. I'm looking forward to continuing learning all this app has to offer and have recommended it to friends.
5 ★While I have not used this app to its full potential, it has worked perfect for getting everything in one place. I did have a problem where I was not able to log in and it was as if everything I saved within the app has been deleted. A terrible feeling when it comes to custody issues. But the customer service was very helpful and resolved the problem, and none of my data had been removed!!
5 ★Pros: I went through a pretty scary and intimidating custody modification and LegalLogs did everything it said it would. "Save time, money and sanity". I wasn't stuck communicating with a difficult ex, I had a place to enforce the healthy boundaries that helped me to get comfortable with our changing "new normal". Cons: I end up using mostly the journal, email, expense tracker and calendar but the app offers a lot more than that. The Speed Entry function navigating that easier. Glad this app is here.
