2 ★Worked fine with Android 9, but my phone has just been updated to Android 10 and it no longer works at all. Unfortunately I have paid for the Pro version too. Disappointing...
4 ★I installed this in my daughter's phone. I saw where you had to purchase the pro version in order to use the phone and text. I paid for the pro version. Unfortunately, there is no phone app showing up in the list of apps to activate. My daughter has a LG G5 andriod phone. The app is no good to me if she can't use the phone. Can you please provide assistance?
5 ★Great app for my son's Chromebook. He only has access to the Google Play Store when I unlock the app and give him permission to download new apps, but then he can use the apps anytime without supervision. And he can only access the internet when I'm around to unlock it, which gives me a heads up on what he's interested in and an opportunity to supervise usage. He's happy because he gets more free time on his laptop, and I'm happy because he's not at risk for exposture to adult content. I just have to remember to lock the app after I've unlocked it. :-)
1 ★Does not work. Hitting the home button takes you out of the app and gain access to the whole phone and all apps. This is on a Google pixel 3. Great concept poor execution.
3 ★Does what it needs to do... but integration with the biometric devices available on many devices is sadly lacking. It's too easy to enter the wrong code, and my kids are always trying to peek so that they can get more time, as well as get to forbidden stuff for themselves. Biometrics would sidestep all of that. I'd like to be able to control access to individual files and folders - My kids love Minecraft, but I'd like to be able to protect my own worlds.
2 ★I loved this app at first. It locked up my kids' tablets nicely and I loved giving a time limit. The timer stopped working first. Sometimes they would have 17 hours left when I had the screen time set to an hour. And now it isn't giving them any time even after a new session has started and is locked. I paid for the full version so I am super bummed it doesn't work like it should. Will keep in case the bugs get fixed.
2 ★we've had this app for a week or 2, I really like how it don't let you do anything or answer calls. but..... now it locks up completely and won't even let the approved by me apps work. I paid the 3.99 for the pro and it won't work I'm not satisfied. I'd really like this to be fixed so I can continue to use, if not I will be deleting and requesting a refund!
5 ★This works great on an old Motorola Moto E running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop to keep our 9 yr old safe on this device we set up as a wifi music player. It keeps him from installing apps, playing games, and generally changing settings we don't want him to. I thought Google Family Link would replace this app, but it doesn't work on older phones, and this app keeps working great! And when we forgot the parental password, the developer was quick to email us one to unlock it. Thanks for a great app!
5 ★Great app, does what it says. I initially had issues getting pro version working on two devices, the second device didn't recognize that I owned it but if I try to upgrade it would tell me I already own the license... finally I emailed support (on Xmas eve) and got answered immediately! Seems like a glitch regarding play store, after several attempts to fix it I finally launched it from the the play store instead of the home screen and then it finally recognized the license.
1 ★Wont allow apps to close or switch, it auto restarts the app until device is rebooted. Very dangerous if my kid needs to use the phone or text for emergencies. I am talking about very common apps too like youtube kids. Please fix this. Wow classic vendor response, even though I paid for the premium feature to make phone calls. They do not hold liability for app malfunctioning in case of emergency. This is a basic service that is protected by law. Kids Zone should have a basic way to close a kids app.
3 ★The app continues to close down any app my kid are using and go back to the Kids Zone home page without good cause at various times (seconds to minutes after opening an app it go to the homepage) . I've checked into the app settings and the settings on my phone, but this recurring issue has become too annoying for my kids and me, so if this issue can't be resolved or advise me on how to fix it if it's on my part to do...then I'll have to find a more reliable Kids app.
4 ★Almost perfect, my daughter's tablet has a camera and she is unable to view videos she takes because 'Video Player' is not an a available app so she gets kicked out any time she tries to watch a video from the gallery. other than that it has been good for what I need, but so far no workaround for this issue.
