1 ★Video call mode is not working and my calls to my son isn't happening
1 ★I've been using for over 3 years. It has all the elements it needs but isn't particularly user friendly and they was often a lag when updating so very slow. To charge £99 is too much when you can get elsewhere for free. I'm now out of pocket as I cancelled months ago (and they are saying I havent and I cant prove it as i did it on the app). It was fine to pay the last few months when I didn't use but charging another year as well is appalling customer service. I would avoid.
1 ★It is only with subscription, no free options whatsoever.
1 ★I can't recommend this app. The functionality is OK however after a short time it slows down severely. App notifications don't come through, and the app seems to need to refresh/reload every time it is opened.
1 ★Terrible app. Extremely limited communication avenues. No ability to make video or audio calls to the other party which is critical. It is supposed to provide a platform for communication yet limits your ability to communicate - makes sense *eye roll* The messaging took FOREVER too as it lags while you are trying to type. It is a joke. Look for a different app!
5 ★This is a must for any parents going through divorce. Almost 2 years later and we still use this app.
1 ★This app costs $170 a year. Just use AppClose it's free and approved by the state. This app is just a money grab. All they need is 1k people to buy it and boom they make $170,000 a year from a app that has alot of issues and no support

1 ★Messaging very laggy on Android, almost unusable. Lots of feature errors. Support is slow to respond to bugs and unflinching in its application of rules. Be very careful about renewals - there is zero notification that an annual renewal is coming up, so if you've moved into a space where the app is no longer needed (like me) make sure to cancel your subscription immediately. I hadn't used it in months and contacted the company immediately when it renewed and they just said tough luck.
1 ★Do not use this software, they continue to bill even after cancelling the service. They stole $159 from my bank account. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one they have done this to. I ended up having to reactivate my account to then be able to delete it completely.
