1 ★The QR code didn't work, the staff on site couldn't resolve the problem and had to refer me to call a hotline. They took some time to investigate my issue and finally gave up and said they would refund me and asked me to book again. However the booking price has since increased by 30 euros which they refused to match the difference. Wasted 1 hour of my time
2 ★Loads of trouble getting it to work, repeatedly crashing and never remembering my booking which was annoying. The service and commercial strategy deserve full 5 stars!

1 ★Société avec des pratiques commerciales douteuses, toujours enclin à dissimuler les prestations facturées au client. Edit 1: 25/07/2019 TravelCar : faisant suite à votre commentaire ci-dessous, ce n'est pas comme si vous n'avez pas reçu mes réclamations téléphoniques et par email depuis plusieurs jours maintenant, il suffit de rechercher dans votre base SAV. Le jour où mes réclamations seront prises en compte, je mentionnerai aussi. En attendant je garde mon avis... Edit 2: 25/07/2019 TravelCar : ce n'est en rien vraie votre affirmation. Sur votre site il est écrit "Tripndrive devient Travelcar". Peut-être c'est seulement pour le fun que c'est écrit ainsi? Les échanges que j'ai eus jusque là ont été bien avec TravelCar, non? Montrez au moins un petit signe d'empathie et on en reparle... TRISTE, TRISTE, TRISTE :(

5 ★Very easy to used
2 ★The app is extremely buggy and nobody is trying to fix it for months... E.g. 1. when I pick a date on calendar, it adds my picked date - 1 day inside the edit text field for some reason. And time is filled correctly until I go to the next screen, where it sets a final time inside my reservation. 2. There is no way to edit my time or date for the reservation 3. Adding photos of car's documents don't work. I am just capturing a photo on my Nokia 6 and the dialog doesn't pick it. 4. Bank details also don't work in US, since it considers IBAN code as a mandatory and doesn't allow me to proceed, even though, US Banks don't have IBAN codes.
