• André Bandeira nasceu em Piracicaba no dia 6 de janeiro de 1975, é casado com Dulci Bandeira;• Estudou nas escolas estaduais Professora Jaçanã Altair Pereira Guerrini e Professor José de Mello Moraes;

• É autor do projeto que institui a fiscalização que tange às reservas de vagas em estacionamentos públicos ou privados de uso coletivo para pessoas com deficiência ou com mobilidade reduzida e idosos, no âmbito de Piracicaba;
