Natalino Davi da Silva, mais conhecido como Natalino da Pousada, nasceu em Dom Basílio, interior da Bahia. Em 1983, depois de uma visita à Bauru, decide ficar na cidade e constituir sua família.Morando em uma das regiões mais carentes de Bauru, começou a desenvolver ações sociais como líder comunitário em parceria com os moradores.
Em 2008, foi eleito como 1º vereador pelo Partido Verde em Bauru com 1.579 votos. Já em 2012, foi reeleito com 3.092 votos válidos pela mesma legenda.
Atualmente é presidente do Partido Verde em Bauru, e atua fortemente na garantia de necessidades básicas de todo o cidadão, como moradia digna, infraestrutura, saneamento básico e educação de qualidade.
