How to install GraffitiSTOP APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download GraffitiSTOP APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.globalgbm.graffitistop-v1.0.2-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

2 ★Since funding for this ceased at the end of June 2015, the app no longer works.

3 ★Needs the ability to add a photo from the gallery.

4 ★Good idea

3 ★Make the app possible to add a photo you've already taken. When going through the app and you press the last send button there is no conformation of sent correctly. So you could spam it several times before you know it. The app itself is a good concept just needs tweaking.
