Stay informed and prepared wherever you go with Kia eServices. Kia eServices is a Kia America telematics service for select vehicles without built-in connectivity (no remote capabilities).
Using your smart phone, Kia eServices can provide the following features:
1. Vehicle Diagnostics: Diagnose whether problems exist within major vehicle systems. If an abnormality exists, you can call Kia Roadside Assist or schedule a service appointment with your Kia Dealership directly from the vehicle or using the UVO app.
2. Roadside Assist: Contact Kia Roadside Assistance Program with just a click.
3. MyPOIs: Synchronize your POIs list from your Kia owner account with your vehicle’s navigation system.
4. Parking Minder: Save your vehicle’s parked location where the vehicle parked and navigate to it later, or send the location to a friend.
5. My Car Zone: Create records of when your vehicle is traveling faster than a set speed, starts driving later than a set time, or enters a set restricted area
6. Trip Info: Analytics of your monthly driving habits such as total driving distance and average speed.
7. Dealer Appointments: Request service appointments at a dealership of your choosing.

Android SDK upgrade.How to install Kia eServices APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Kia eServices APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings

1 ★still not working after the past 2 updates. emailed the address listed in my last rating and no response yet. . I get "an error has occurred on the server. Please try again" If this app/uvo isn't compatible with my head unit then that's fine but according to my user portal that keeps reminding me that uvo isn't activated I'm guessing it is....or the portal needs to have a better VIN check.
2 ★Okay got the crashing issue fixed. Now what good is this app if it will not work with Android Auto. The only way for this app to work is by uninstalling AndroidAuto. then you don't have your map on screen. or any of the other features. Then as soon as you plug your phone in it wants to install Android Auto. Endless battle.
1 ★Got a new 2020 sportage. Installed the app and added my new vehicle last night. Played with remote start several times and it worked beautifully. Went to remote start my car this morning and the app lost my new vehicle as well as option to remote start. I have no option to add a new vehicle again. There is no info in the app as to who to contact for help. Love my Kia but the app is below subpar. Very disappointed!
4 ★Took some time to get it start and understand what I was lookimg at. But it works like it should as long as ur phone has this app and its connected to the car .
1 ★This app needs to be removed from play store. Doesn't work or deliver any usefulness. Downloads but doesn't install wheather using mobile data or wi-fi (2.4 & 5Ghz) no issues with other apps, if you read the reviews it is a vicious cycle of discontent, even when & if it works. This takes away from a nice weeichle that will eventually weigh on wheather I should get a different brand with an added value app for 2020 expectations.!
1 ★I didn't actually run this program because I didn't want to spend the next week reading the legal disclaimer and privacy policy. The benefits this program claims to have are not worth the effort. Apparently they think that if it's long and obtuse enough that people will just click "agree" without realizing that they just agreed to wash some lawyer's socks for the next year or something like that.
1 ★This app worked when I first bought the car registered, but hasn't work since. When I log in to the app it wants me to connect to the car and complete setup again. The car is already setup and won't let me do it again. So now I have a car with cool features and an app that won't allow me to use them.
5 ★I was able to connect our S6 and S7 using android auto. Both has USB 2.0. S10 and N9 both have USB 3.0 and Kia does not identify either phone. Try this and the app still cannot connect to the 2018 Niro. Surprise it's not a simple plug and play. ***Update*** I was not using the original usb cables that came with the phones. It started working after I switched.
1 ★Was happy user of Kia Access but when I went to use it today was told I needed to upgrade. No version available to me now. Tried this app instead and cant get it to work. 2018 Niro. Not good, Kia.
1 ★Unusable Junk. Galaxy s10+. Crashes on log-in. KIA clearly doesn't put much competent effort into their apps. See below for the boilerplate auto-response from KIA saying they wish to help, and to contact them with your vehicle information... I guess they have a secret link to a usable app for people who take the time to call in (rubes).
1 ★as soon as you login, it shuts down. The dealership couldn't get it to work either and said to call Kia UVO eservices, so i did. The guy there said they need to have their ITT guys work this issues cause it's only happening on Android. Apparently it's NOT BEING WORKED since this has been a problem since December according to the comments. Just another advertised item by a company that will never work.
1 ★Will not install to my phone. I am a registered user of the other 2 Kia apps. I have a 2018 Sportage. Tried every fix they suggest multiple times. It always starts downloading even gets to 100%, then fails out. Per the request of customer support. The details are...it starts to download...even gets to 100%... Then fails out...Tried every fix the app suggests...No Joy.
