1 ★App does not work. Though I have created a login online at Mopar, I get an wrror message that says "there was an error sending your data. Please try again". I have uninstalled and restalled. Nothing helps.

1 ★useless. says no available dealers, dealer where i bought it is less than 30 miles away. says same thing for state and country. can't schedule service appointments. can't use it period. one star is to generous. zero stars!

5 ★Great app. Very easy to use dashboard. Important information about your vehicle at your finger tips. Upload photo feature is cool. No issues using it on my LG-G6 or my LG V480.

2 ★When entering maintenance record, message comes up saying "something went wrong try again later." I've been trying for three days now and this isn't the first time this has happened.

1 ★Nothing seems to work correctly. it could not locate a dealer even though I gave it permission to use my location. it could not locate my service manual and gave an error when I try to open it. it could not open my maintenance schedule and gave an error. I downloaded the my mopar companion app and had the same problems.

3 ★I used to use this app all the time and it was great and had no issues with it......but now I went to install it on my phone (Pixel 2 XL with Android 10) and the app crashes on the load screen

1 ★Scheduling service doesn't work at all. And you don't find out until AFTER typing the notes at which point you are prompted to call and schedule. Really dumb.

4 ★My Dodge is 2015 and doesn't support most options on the app :( 04/27/2020: Updating to 4 stars.. I appreciate the developers reaching out quickly and providing an immediate explanation on how to obtain more solutions/information!

1 ★I signed up. it doesn't recognize my password. I submit my email to reset my password and I never get an email. tried several times. tried to re-register in case I messed up my email, but it won't let because my email is already registered.

1 ★This app sucks usually be great doesn't even keep track of your mileage every time you log in if you could have a log in without it crashing your mileage is never up-to-date horrible.

4 ★Initially confirmed an ongoing problem reported by DMV: Vehicle doesn't recognize me as Owner and has wrong registration date. After several customer service calls the problems seem to be resolved.

1 ★Crashes every time I open it. Doesn't recognize the VIN of my 2020 Dodge to show me specifics for it. Local dealer doesn't make appointments through the app. Overall, worthless.
