1 ★Get rid of safe mode...it is more unsafe to have to completely close the app and restart it while driving which is what you have to do to get rid of safe mode

1 ★I've never seen so many errors in one app. Sometimes, it deletes my order history, including the tips. Most of the time, when I'm sent on a delivery, the information immediately gets checked out, which means I have to manually type in addresses. Unfortunately, we have to work with this app because we’re not given much of a choice. The app is nice when it works, but a dumpster fire when it doesn’t, which happens a lot. The developers need to fix so much stuff.

1 ★I was fired when my manager claimed that I went out on a delivery and never returned an hour before my scheduled shift end. This app ought to have prevented that sort of error/lie from having any impact on my income. Also, I noticed extra garlic dipping sauce added to orders that the customer did not request as well as replacing some dipping sauces the customer did order on the electronic dispatch screen with garlic butter, usually sweet icing.

1 ★Crashes constantly. Doesn't give customers accurate estimates

1 ★App is not saving tips that I enter in. Manager has to manually enter them in at the end of my shift. And why do St. Jude donations show up as a dip cup on the app?? I always have to double check my paper receipt to make sure I didn't forget something, and the receipt shows it was for St. Jude. Why would we as drivers need to know or care about that?

2 ★Needs a way to see when orders come into the system so we don't have to check every 5 minutes. Instead of just when orders are dispatched Also having issues on 2 of my last phones where GPS isn't tracking right.

5 ★I found this application very good only one issue sometimes it froze up and but very seldom you just had to refresh

1 ★Horrible. Drains phone battery, doesn't keep track of tips, freezes and glitches half the time. For a multie million dollar company you would think Dominos would provide a better app experience for it's drivers. Dominos sucks

2 ★Nowhere is it explicitly stated what algorithm used to judge whether a driver take a turn "too quickly" or how it could possibly know of a hazard on the road that must be avoided. Also, why are we getting judged on acceleration if we don't exceed the speed limit? This app doesn't know mountain driving either, which leads to docked points for driving safely up a 5-8% grade hill
