La disparition d’un membre de la communauté africaine, notre communauté, est toujours un moment plein d’émotion et de stress. Outre la perte d’un des nôtres, nous devons faire face au coût très exorbitant de rapatriement de sa dépouille. Il n’est pas rare de voir, des quêtes publiques s’organiser afin de quémander, de peines et de misères, des fonds, très souvent insuffisants pour assurer les coûts du rapatriement.Au niveau des associations, le financement d’un rapatriement de corps, donne souvent lieu à des recouvrements dont l’objectif est de reconstituer les fonds de l’association ; ce qui fait peser sur les membres un effort permanent de cotisation.
Afin de pallier à ces difficultés, WIMDHE-ENTR’AIDE ASBL a mis en place deux produits, dont l’une s’adresse aux personnes et aux familles, à savoir le fonds solidaire de rapatriement de corps RPN, qui est un substitut aux assurances, qui coûtent très chères. Et d’autre part, la mise sur pieds d’un réseau solidaire africain dont la particularité est de faire de chaque décès, un décès de toute la communauté africaine.
