천재교육의 도서를 배송함에 있어서 각 매니저와 학원 및 서점의 담당자간의 원할한 소통을 통해 보다 신속하고 정확한 배송서비스를 하기 위해 만들어진 앱입니다.학원 및 서점에서 필요로 하는 책을 주문하거나 해당 책에 대한 질의에 대해 1:1로 실시간으로 처리하기 위한 앱입니다.
- 학원이나 서점에서 필요로 하는 도서에 대해 앱을 통해 주문요청을 하게 되면 해당 주문은 담당 매니저에게 push알람을 받게 됩니다.
- 매니저가 알람을 확인하고 도서 주문에 대한 내용을 확인, 1:1 채팅 방식으로 해당 주문건에 대한 대화를 하여 배송이 진행이 됩니다.
- 최종적으로는 배송이 완료가 되면 배송완료 처리를 하여 해당 주문건에 대한 배송처리까지 가능합니다.
- 해당 주문시에 책에 대한 사진정보도 같이 올릴 수 있습니다.
