- Agregamos mejores funciones, herramientas y accesos directos para el reporte de los servicios más solicitados.
- ¡NUEVO! Bache a la vista y desazolve de rejilla, donde puedes reportar de manera inmediata y sencilla estos servicios, con solo confirmar tu ubicación.
- Con los “Reportes rápidos”, te llevamos de la mano para que tu reporte sea más ágil, sencillo y puedas agregar la información que consideres, como ubicación detallada, fotos y/o videos.
- En “Mis reportes”, podrás identificar el estatus en el cual se encuentra tu reporte desde el inicio hasta su atención.
- El “Catálogo de reportes” te ofrecerá una amplia gama de temas que ahora podrás reportar desde la app.
- Desde el “Catálogo Municipal”, accederás a las herramientas de mejora regulatoria más utilizadas así como obtener orientación directa de cualquier trámite y servicio.
Recuerda, con Mérida Móvil podrás:

- Dar seguimiento a tus reportes realizados.
- Consultar y recibir orientación de todos los trámites y servicios del Ayuntamiento.
