En el Municipio de Mérida, Yucatán, aprovechamos la tecnología móvil para apoyar la productividad y eficientar el desempeño de las actividades. Por ello desarrollamos la aplicación Bitácora de Peritaje, una herramienta tecnológica que facilita a los Peritos en Construcción Municipal (PCM) del Ayuntamiento de Mérida llevar sus bitácoras y organizar sus visitas de inspección.En esta aplicación podrán visualizar la lista de trámites asignados, generar una bitácora de visita y agregar notas con descripción y fotografías a cada una. Para acceder es necesario el usuario y contraseña asignados previamente por la Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano.
Bitácora de Peritaje está diseñada para trabajar sin internet, esto permite al PCM realizar visitas a zonas sin conexión. Para esto, es necesario acceder la primera vez con internet para sincronizar la carga de trabajo. Cuando se conecte a internet realizará automáticamente la actualización de las operaciones generadas.
Para hacer aún más eficiente el desempeño del PCM, determinar la ruta óptima en tiempo y distancia de las visitas asignadas.
