La aplicación Edea Móvil permite conocer los datos de tus consumos, facturas, vencimientos y pagos. Podés gestionar on-line cualquier reclamo por falta de suministro o inconvenientes en el servicio y geolocalizar los centros de atención a clientes y entidades de pago habilitadas. Además recibís notificaciones sobre las cuentas que tengas seleccionadas en tu aplicación y avisos sobre los cortes programados para mantenimiento de la red.La aplicación cuenta con un menú de 8 opciones:
1. Reclamos: generá reclamos por falta de suministro u otros inconvenientes técnicos.
2. Centros de Atención: geolocalizá las oficinas comerciales de Edea.
3. Consumos: obtené el historial de consumo de los últimos doce meses.
4. Factura: visualizá la fecha de vencimiento, el monto y la condición de pagas o impagas de las últimas doce facturas correspondientes a tu cuenta. En caso de registrar deuda, la aplicación te permite abonarla con tu tarjeta de crédito.
5. Lugares de pago: ubicá los sitios habilitados para el pago de las facturas de Edea más cercanos a tu ubicación actual.
6. Novedades: recibí noticias e información institucional de Edea.
7. Perfil: asociá y administrá las cuentas que desees, obteniendo la información correspondiente a cada una.
8. Notificaciones: recibí novedades y avisos de las cuentas asociadas a la aplicación.
Para asociar cuentas a la aplicación ingresá el número de sucursal y cuenta y los datos del titular del suministro, que figuran en la factura correspondiente.
