1 ★2/19/25 update. Watch is showing offline for no reason cell service and wifi is functional in the area the watch is locates. The app interface resizes randomly making access to features unavailable. Great when it works but reliability has become a big issue. Will update review when corrected.

2 ★The previous version worked a lot better. The tracking is so unreliable. If the watch isn't offline for no apparent reason, my son is randomly in China or Romania. I also have to log back in every single time I open the app, which gets annoying.

1 ★One of the worst services I have paid for. The watch is essentially junk, built very poorly and easily breakable. Hard to believe it's made for children to wear. App never updates location consistently shows my child 30 miles from his actual location. Very dissatisfied with this product.

1 ★Lately the app doesn't let you login. It really defeats the purpose of using this product and investing in unreliable service. Parents be warned. If you need a reliable service this product is not it. It keeps giving network error and will not let you login weeks and days at a time. Unreliable service on Ticktalk app. Wrote to customer support a couple of times, no improvements. App would just stop working. You can't rely on Ticktalk service.

4 ★It's working well enough. I wish the messages my kids send me from their watches showed in the notification, instead of having to open the app to read.

5 ★Update: They fixed the app. We'll see how it goes from here. Back to 5 stars for now. Prior Update: The app won't let me log in, says it's a server error. I delete the app, reinstall and it says my password is incorrect. I send a password reset request and every time I use the new reset code (within seconds of receiving it), it says the code has expired. It's been doing this for the past 24 hours.

1 ★The app is no longer working for me. I had the same problem as another review, where it won't let me sign in anymore!
