Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★quite useful app. aren't aware of anything better in Warsaw (works better than google maps in this city) but still isn't cityMapper quality. major bug recently: if you switch between the apps or lock your screen for too long it freezes and requires a restart. please fix. otherwise its super useful. i like how you can personalize it - fast/optimal etc.
3 ★For what it provides, it's good enough. only problems that I had were with some minor path finding. App would suggest a longer way only because it knew it works while there would be possibility to just make a few steps and than it would find the one that you prefer. The only other problem that I had were bus not coming on time or altogether and there wasn't an option to know it form the apps side (would like to such a feature in the future updates).
1 ★Generally good app but don't buy it if you need family access, it doesn't support it and customer support doesn't care. Update: gets worse over time. Every few months it resets favorites. Doesn't show you the option in valid cases, e. g. when you have 9 minutes to bus and it hides the result, you need to pull list down to show still valid option. It's slow, unresponsive on a powerful h/w, the UI is badly designed. For pointless automated response minutes 1 star. One star deserved!
2 ★Used to be goto app, but multiple annoying bugs like "Thank you for premium subscription" appearing every single time for months (!), buggy search which navigates you to another stop instead of one you are literally standing standing on, and customer service which does not respond after initial "thanks for reaching out" means you'd better use something else. Google Maps now has much better public transport navigation, and you can buy tickets in pretty much every bank app.
1 ★Very useful app but recent updates made it really frustrating to use. On every open, I have to deny the constant location access requests through an in-app interface. To make matters worse the "Later" button changes places every now and then. To add to the insult, developers brands it as a feature enhancing requirement...and for "tailored offers". Please stop being disingenuous.
4 ★Very useful app but there is a mojor issue. Would be amazing if I could set range of how much I'm willing to walk. For example I want to go to point A but it's sunday night and there are no busses going there, but point B is a 2 kilometer walk away from there and there is a bus going there. As the app is now I have to check for every possible point B which takes time and is really stressful in prospect of being unable to go home for the night. tldr: humans can walk, app should acknowledge that
1 ★App spams advertisements in system nótifications, relevant to location, even when nót in use. This is unacceptable behaviour. And security issue. I'm paying premium, and still see ads! On top of that app pushes me notifications and drops me ticket sales screens that cannot be dismissed (I have to press back and search route again). The ticket part cannot be hidden, disabled or anything. As a timetable/connection finder it's a good app, but everything else is infuriating.
2 ★Used to be good, new updates made it bad. New way of selecting location on map is worse, the app generally looks... Uglier, as rhe orevious versions were not most beautiful anywys. And now I'm stuck with some 'calculating progress' bar, i cqnt remove. Probably will remove it and install ad hoc when needed only. Also, departure/arrival selection is hidden, and the clock itself is very small (not good for my grandmother). And the list of availabe connections now fits less positions .
1 ★PRIVACY WARNING: This app is constantly changing my personal data preferences. I never agreed to use my data in any kind of advertising yet each time the application asks me to review my chooses I find them changed against my will. This is really dirty practice. I already contacted the developer but without any response. Be warned! To check your current choices go to: Settings -> Privacy Policy -> scroll to bottom -> click the button -> first button -> second tab -> scroll page
2 ★Remove white screen in dark mode. Until then 2 stars.
1 ★The app tricks you into refilling their virtual wallet with a high minimum top-up amount and without an easy way to get your money out, effectively locking you into using it. It's very easy to refill the wallet accidentally when buying a ticket. This is a very purposeful implementation of UX dark patterns.
5 ★I wish they have qr code on doors or sth when it is crowded its impossible to find and scan qr code (Warsaw). Rest of the thing I didnt have any problem with.
