Description

The app uses background location to notify you that your order is ready for collection in our branch using the mobile app. It sends you a notification if, for example, you are on your way from work, passing by our branch where your order is waiting. With this feature, you won't forget to pick up your order.

You will receive notifications in advance (e. g. when parking). If you start the process of collection directly in the application, you will get the order faster, because you will be able to go straight to the order collection counter.

4 ★App is ok, but mascot is ugly

1 ★I must give only one star because it's impossible for me to login with a correct password. Facebook login is also not working. My phone has an open bootloader and a custom clean Android rom so if that is the issue then it's not indicated anywhere.

5 ★This is an absolute essential for living in Prague. This company had mastered the click and collect retail model prior to Covid, and now it's even more valuable. Highly recommend.

5 ★This app is extremely useful as an American living in Slovakia. The English menu option truly helps.

4 ★There are times where it once in a while freezes real hard, doesn't let me order my products but that isn't really problem. What is for me problem is any bar in search where you can't just drag and push to select the range you want, but you need to tap it bit by bit, kinda leaves me with less than ideal feeling. Other than that, it's good application for good company with quality services

5 ★the app is amazing, which is right in line with what I've come to expect after being an Alza customer for 14 years. They've done an incredible job of integrating it into their current system, and the notification system seems flawless. I can order, pay, claim, and pick up my order, all within the app, plus I can deal with returns and claims. If I were to change one thing, it would be this: translate the app! not all of us can speak Czech, and that's the one thing that causes me trouble with it.

3 ★In the past, it wasn't translated and it was all right. Then an update came out and app translate into language of my phone on its own. I tried to logged in and since I'm slovak and it was in english, it said "Your account is not available in this country." Damn what a beautiful error. No more explaination. Doesn't care I'm currently in my home country. No button for switching this setting. Such intuitional. Much wow. Lowered my review from 5* to 3* just cuz of this bad experience.

1 ★Terrible company with the worst customer service in the world. Called 15 times and sent 10 emails over 4 weeks to finally get a refund for one item. Gave them a second chance and the next purchase they didn't even ship half of the order. Class action lawsuit anyone?

1 ★Can not login to the app. Easily loged-in via browser but not via this app. Uninstall!

4 ★It's definitely better to buy this here and not on the web. Very good app

1 ★Sort of works, but some advertised features simply do not exist. It's supposed to make your pick up quicker, but that functionality is not present at all... Although still advertised. Also, don't use it for placing orders. The web interface is more user friendly and features more options.
