Since Google has decided to shutdown Google Reader, lots of new and innovative RSS services have arose to light. Many of those services appeared as worthy replacements, and even an upgrade. We couldn’t choose just one or two, and we also had to make some decisions about how our work will continue. We decided not to pick! We created a new app that is the successor of gReader, taking it’s features and functionality but supports as many reading services as possible: News+.

Our goal was to create a news reader with the best possible reading experience. Our users LOVED how customizable gReader is, and it made sense because a lot of the feature ideas came from the community itself. So, on News+ users can also quickly read their feeds in a simple and intuitive user interface. Article pages can be reduced to the minimum of just the main contents, so that a reader could just concentrate on, well… reading! Consuming content at places without an internet connection is also possible using the great offline Reading features. You can also let News+ read your news to you when out laud, leaving your hands free for other tasks. These and many more features could be found on the features page, at http://newsplus.co/features/.

The power of News+ is as an aggregator. We took gReader’s functional features and added the ability to expand News+ with extensions. Not just for RSS services, but Read Later services as well (Pocket, Readability or Instapaper), and news websites could be integrated too. We plan on integrating more and more services to News+, making it a one-stop-shop for all your news and articles needs. In a single, unified user interface, you can now read and consume content from various different services, and the list will just get bigger and bigger.
Extensions are independent app that can be created and published by everyone. News+ recognized the extensions by itself and shows them directly in the app. Here is a list of current services News+ supports:

How to install News+ Premium APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download News+ Premium APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★Very intuitive design, great themes, and the fact you can use this app with many different services... simultaneously if you wish, make it the Swiss army knife of news readers. I'm currently using it with Inoreader and Tiny Tiny RSS... and an added bonus is the Google News interface. Highly recommended.
1 ★Looks like a dead end app, nothing new and also a RSS feed error keeps coming, seems like developers are not not interested in updating this to new RSS version Waste of money

1 ★When im on my feeds list, it does not fill the screen totally, I see the article list on right side of screen all the Time. There is setting in look and feel settings in gReader callled "hide article list pane", why not add this to news app.

1 ★This developer hasn't updated the product in a year. It no longer works well. It doesn't sync properly. Don't spend your money!
5 ★Really nice RSS/News Reader. Reasonably priced for the quality app for the quality it delivers, IMHO. As such, I am always looking for a new app or method or keeping up on my RSS feeds and on other news. News+ is a good way to tame the volume. My RSS feeds display well, sync quickly (via Feedly), and the Google News sources open up another source for information.

1 ★I don't know wtf you did but almost every article I read now pops open an unsolicited app in the app store, and I have the paid version.
4 ★Well written (ie: formatted), configurable to your needs and wants, short learning curve and full of features required for this type of App. Running gReader Pro as well. Certainly the best in what they do!
