Sistem Manajemen Rumah Susun merupakan sistem terpadu dimana pengelola, PLN, PDAM, Telkom bisa memantau penghuni rumah susun, memahami keluhan lewat pelaporan, menagih pembayaran iuran bulanan. Kelurahan hanya dapat memantau rumah susun yang berada di kelurahannya. Kepolisian hanya bisa memantau rumah susun yang ada di cakupan wilayahnya, serta memantau pelaporan masyarakat penghuni rumah susun. Imigrasi dapat memantau adanya penghuni gelap/imigran gelap dan dapat bertindak secepatnya. Pemantauan penghuni gelap dengan bantuan alat pendeteksi panas tubuh yang terpasang di setiap unit rumah susun. Dinas kesehatan dapat memantau laporan kesehatan penghuni rumah susun yang berada di dalam cakupan wilayah kesehatannya.Tersedia tombol panik untuk melaporkan kejahatan dan bencana alam kepada kepolisian. Dan tombol panik kesehatan apabila penghuni rumah susun terserang sakit jantung mendadak, stroke dan penyakit berbahaya mendadak lainnya.
Aplikasi ini dibuat dalam rangka Mandiri Hackathon 2016. (Mengundurkan diri).
Aplikasi ini adalah bagian dari penghuni dimana penghuni dapat membayar tagihan iuran bulanan dari PLN, PDAM, Telkom, Pengelola. Penghuni juga dapat melaporkan sesuatu hal kepada polisi, PDAM, PLN, Telkom, Imigrasi, Dinas Kesehatan. penghuni juga dapat melihat sisa saldo Bank setelah membayar iuran bulanan.

Input dari pihak pengelola, kelurahan, kepolisian, PLN, PDAM, Imigrasi dilakukan melalui website. Nama yang dipakai di website hanya illustrasi dan bisa berubah.
Aplikasi ini sangat berguna untuk pengelola apartemen/condominium/rumah susun untuk memperlancar pembayaran secara non-tunai dengan e-cash Mandiri tanpa perlu membuat virtual account untuk masing-masing penghuni rumah susun.
