The application accesses our Worldwide Repeater Directory and scanner directory for Amateur Radio (Ham Radio) but only stores information for repeaters within approximately 80 miles (125 km) from your location on your handheld at any one time, saving you room on your device and allowing distance calculation and mapping features to operate smoothly. It uses geolocation either via cell tower triangulation, GPS or manual location entry (so you can look up the repeaters you will use on vacation or business trips, etc.).
If anyone has lists of Amateur Radio repeaters from their countries we would love to incorporate that into our database.

Download RFinder WW Repeater Directory APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★Just started using it so will check in after I use it a while. I did have few questions called them and they actually answer there phone not like some companies after they sell you something they go deaf 😊 Customer service was top notch
2 ★Has potential to be a useful tool however the database of repeaters is not kept up, many current active repeaters have been dropped and old outdated repeater listings have been added back in again. Many repeaters in Washington have wrong location, frequency and pl info. App database maintenance needs to get repeater info from frequency and repeater coordination groups.
5 ★I've been using the RFinder with my new B1 and love both the RFinder app and the B1. They both work flawlessly. In addition to them both performing flawlessly, the customer service is probably the best that I've ever experienced from any firm! Before I ever downloaded the app or purchased, the owner, Bob Greenberg spent 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon messaging back and forth with my on Messenger answering all of my questions. After purchasing the radio and downloading the app, Bob spent more time guiding me through the setup and function of both the radio and the RFinder app. Customer service is this company's passion and mission. Bob Greenberg wants to be sure that after the purchase you get the most use and enjoyment possible out of both the radio and the app. I am most definitely a completely satisfied customer and wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!
1 ★Crashed multiple times on my phone. When traveling wouldn't use my phone location. Couldn't get past that screen. Was using the trial version to evaluate. At home it worked well. On the road not so well. Will not be subscribing.
1 ★zero stars. i dont usually write reviews but this has to be the buggiest least functional most horrendously coded app i have ever downloaded. said i had free trial. paid message wouldnt go away. kept flickering on and off. started freaking out about location services. altogether completely not remotelt usable or even functional. very disappointed. I would pay the subscription happily which you say goes towards programming. but it seems you cant even bother to code a functional app or test it.
5 ★Very happy with the app. I have it partnered with the RFinder radio and it works VERY well. I had some questions on the setup and I called the website number and got Bob while he was waiting at the airport. Had a nice conversation with him while he helped me setup my radio. Great service!!
5 ★This is a must have app. You just open the app and using GPS it will show you the nearest repeaters. Also you can specify a location to look for repeaters at another area. Team this app up with rFinders new B1 analog, DMR dual band radio and no more code plugs. Just tap a repeater to load it into the radio. Super app. Excellent support.
5 ★I have used this app for over a year and it works great for me. I did need to make a call to reset my password and was delited to get the Owner of rfinder on the phone. He walked me through the process and all works perfectly. Thank you for the great app and outstanding service.
1 ★Horrible application - zero stars deserved I installed this app and after opening it that is when the app failed miserably. It had me create an account and then showed a message about location services that would not go away. Tried stopping the app and starting it back up and the same location services message still appeared. The close button was unresponsive and the subscribe button was also unresponsive.
5 ★Update: Registration issue solved on Pixel running Android 9!! ** I have used this app for over a year and love it. The recent updates have triggered a problem with Pixel phones running Android 9. I called the developer and am using a test version that is working great. I appreciate the work to keep developing the app.
5 ★I am using RFinder since 2018 as standalone application on my mobile device later on the M1 handheld android DRM. Since 2019 Rfinder is my daily driver on the top of B1 dual band handheld, very happy with the application offering the full view of the repeaters access as you move. 1 ★Unusable. Can't get into it without registering inc your email. I used a fake to get in. Sorry I get enough spam. Got into the app and it threw up a registration ad. It flickered and flashed that for 5 minutes till I killed it. Useless..
