We offer you a range of stretching exercises for the entire body based on yoga asanas. 22 exercises that will allow you to work with almost all the muscles and tendons of your body. This complex is versatile and is suitable for both men and women.
Each exercise contains a description of the implementation and a detailed drawing. Points of focus also specified. You can use the built-in timer or counter for practice.
