How to install Fade In Mobile APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Fade In Mobile APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.generalcoffee.fadeinmobile-v4.0.12-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

3 ★serviceable for now but a bit wonky. biggest issue is when I start typing dialogue and changes it to "character" heading mid-type so I have to delete it and type again. until stuff like this is fixed, I'll take my laptop to write.
4 ★Works great so far. I wrote 45 pages of a script and haven't had much issues. I used a Logitech bluetooth keyboard with it and it worked flawlessly. But I think it needs work. It would be nice to be able to export into a .txt, .docx file. Otherwise, copy and pasting just throws the formatting all off and takes way too long to reformat in Word or any other word processing apps. I'm using the pro version so it's nice to store to on the cloud.
1 ★It functions ok for writing, but you can't convert files without the desktop version...the whole reason I got this app was so I wouldn't have to get the desktop version. Edit: right, so, as stated in the response below this app is useless without the full desktop version as well. Do not buy it.
3 ★App is great, but you can't save your work as a pdf which is a real head scratcher on why that isn't the default in the first place. Will update rating to 5 stars when this is an option.
4 ★I love Fade in. I own Fade in Pro on my PC and it is an amazing piece of software to own. I also write on the go and use the paid version of Fade in Mobile. My only note to the developers would be to enable pdf exporting to paying members of both, PC and Android. They can protect themselves by linking both accounts and so, provide better functionality for the paying user. Sometimes I am editing on the go and want to share the script on PDF and I can't do so until I get home. Otherwise, great.
2 ★The main problem with this program is that it's not intuitive. Too much pausing to switch modes. The line after FADE IN should automatically be a slugline. And when you type the slugline and hit enter, it should automatically switch to Action formatting. There should be a keystroke shortcut (alt-D for example) to switch to Dialogue formatting. Then it should stay in dialogue formatting until you reset to Slugline (where it auto switches to action after) or ALT-A to keep action.
4 ★app fine but I'm little bit disappointed that not show and manage the highlights in the scripts. it's a very useful tool in the desktop version, and the parenthetical don't show up?????
1 ★I love fadein on my pc but this app won't sync with dropbox or google drive on my Pixel 3 smartphone and there's no autocorrect which is just rediculous in 2019. Fast, seamless syncing and autocorrect is a must for professional writers and since the Scrivener/Literature&Latte team won't support Linux/Android Fadein is perfectly positioned to fill the gap. I'm rooting for you guys but damn you have to fix the autocorrect and syncing!
1 ★The desktop app is fantastic and totally worth it, but the app is horrendous. Super hard to write anything, super laggy, and doesn't save properly. Every letter I typed would take a solid 3 to 4 seconds to appear.
3 ★Please add Courier New for us non-Latin writers! The mobile version can't be expected to be exactly like the (wonderful) desktop version, but still it feels like too much is still missing.
3 ★The program is fast/great to write outside the computer, but can't be used as final text. Consider putting page number, scene number and text justify, you should attract people we recommend for it.
4 ★liked it. only one problem. when I select parenthetical it doesn't add brackets. it's pain to add brackets as it breaks the flow. I hope for a fix.
