1 ★"can't add at this time" same with website. it finds my VIN and correct year, make and model. Called support, too old cant add. As an IT professional this is silly: it's a simple database. Support says I can see it's valid but the data is blank. Pay someone to add missing data. Can't be too hard...
3 ★Toyota is my favourite but most of the feature is not so user friendly. I baught a new rav4 for the package and what the dealership said this app can do for me. find out the app not functioning the way it supposed to. have a Android phone and app not working as expressed. If this happens to you, update the software to a higher os and this will fix access to the app. i find the service provider through the remote connect is not what it says. I find the app is slow to respond. not my favourite.
1 ★Terrible..Just shows me what I already know about my car. Was forced to install this garbage to try and get the Entune/Remote Connect for the car and it just sends me to a screen showing the car I own. Cannot click on anything, cannot continue to enrollment page, option to remove car just to add it again (tech reset) is not going to work as my ONLY 2 OPTIONS are "I sold the car" or "I never owned the car"... how about just I WANT TO DELETE THE INFO TEMPORARILY. Wasted so much time with this.
1 ★This app is useless. It erases my vehicle every other time i open it, logs me out all the time, and most of its functions fail or say can't open. Sad a major corporation has such a terrible app that has difficulty functioning. Also why is the entune app and the owner app not the same app. Wasted space on my phone. Oh...dont buy a tacoma, they leak and toyota wont fix it.
1 ★Great car. Pooooor app. owners manual, entune, maintenance schedule, ... have different logins. why cant they be in one login for one owner? Tried checking service/maintenance schedule. took me to web page asking car details again. why? checked how to videos. it said we don't have anything for your model. tried watching what was available. like entune introduction. got a message that video does not exist what works: dashboard signs and manual download UI is about usability and not just looks!
1 ★This is the worst app I've ever had on my phone. Spend time to enter the information on my 4runner for it to be deleted. Toyota get this app fixed.
2 ★I cannot Add my new Toyota vehicle to Toyota Owners (Android) app. Error message says "Warning: Due to invalid certificate the application will no longer work. Kindly update the application immediately." The VIN was successfully added to the basic Toyota app earlier with no problem. I tried to delete and reinstall the Toyota Owners app several times and keep getting the same error message when I try to reenter the correct VIN. No other information appears to be available on how to "update the application"
1 ★Do not have an account but have been trying to make one. I try to sign up. Says email account already used, please reset password. I go to reset password. Says Account ID is Inactivated. So basically. I can't do anything humanly possible to use this app. Big Waste of time.
5 ★This app makes it easy to keep track of your vehicles service work, see if your vehicle may have a recall, explain some of the general lights that may pop up on dash, search for local dealerships, make an appointment and more.
1 ★Search for dealer is difficult to use. By default it wants to search a small area based on your location. Otherwise you have to know name, zip or city state. If I knew that I wouldn't be searching! Links to dealer to schedule service are broken. Other than storing your vin and service history not much good.
1 ★App doesn't work properly. Won't load service history. Keeps giving an error message, "cannot complete request at this time". Been doing this for about 3 weeks now. Samsung Galaxy S8+
1 ★How many times do I have to enter my Vin number into this app before I decide to smash my phone against the wall? If you enjoy being pissed off using sh!tty apps this is for you!
