Personally I think that it should not time you while doing a workout that doesn't have to be timed, because the timer is too slow and no one works out that slow. I've been using it since June 2018 and after 6 months of daily exercises, 20 minutes a day on moderate mode, I've gone from 10 stone 9 lbs to 8 stone 4 lbs, I see the pounds dropping by the weeks now. But of course I have also been eating less junk food and more fruit & veg. I do have a question though. On day 30 on moderate mode it used to say that workout burns 490 calories, now it says that same workout burns 408 calories. why has the number been lowered?

I tried for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't fulfill the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool futures like remainders, videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diets etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem are adds. It has lots of adds, way too much. However, i still like it.

4 ★Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips. The ticker, as mentioned by others, is too slow. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying. I still enjoy the end ring to alert me timed activities are done, but I wish there was a bit more customization. Ads are not overwhelming and exercises themselves are well planned and effective.
