1 ★This app and apps like it kills a large part of the experience for me add service fees and subtract a stub for momento and you achieve draconian leavels of garbage. Like why am I paying a convenience fee even there is nothing convenient about having to install spyware on ones device to go to a show one paid good money for. Call my old fashioned but if I have to install a 3rd party apps to see a show. And doesn't work on my secure/privacy phone
1 ★Cannot transfer DASHPASS. Xoncert is today and transfer still not available, past the date the app said it would be available. Such a useless, costly disappointment.
1 ★There is no reason to force me to install an app to get my tickets. Emailed tickets work just fine.
3 ★While I haven't used the app too much yet, I just purchased tickets today on a website through AXS, and that alone took me about 10 tries before I could actually get it to work. That and all these reviews make me nervous for what might happen come game time in 3 days. I cannot believe they won't let you see your tickets any other way than through what seems to be a buggy app. I'll give an update in a few days.
1 ★Where are my tickets?!? I bought tickets to a show scheduled for February 2022. Purchase was confirmed and were in the app previously. Now they're gone! What happened to them? And please put them back!
3 ★The app is confusing. If you want to put a credit card on file, you have to buy a ticket for that to happen. Then, when you try to use that card again, the app will often refuse to accept it, telling you that it's a "duplicate" card. I've also seen the app pass this through to Ticketmaster's website for certain listings, which makes it convoluted, because it seems to prevent cookies from being identified. The site your viewing through the app therefore does not perform as you would expect.
1 ★Purchasing tickets on pre-sale was a nightmare. I was booted out several times while cashing out. I even thought I made the purchase and never received verification or the tickets. I then reached out to them and have yet to hear back. Of course after spending the day trying to purchase tickets I walked away with. nothing but a headache.
1 ★Terrible app, never really works. Constantly launches into a web view which breaks almost always.
1 ★Horrible support blames the phone or update version and app wont load at all. I purchased tickets for my son and this is a horrible experience. I have no access to my tickets. The website allows me to "see" what I purchased but no q r code for the tickets. Uninstalled and installed several times I was forced to purchase from the venue through you. I would have rather paid extra for tickets at the venue
1 ★I arrived at an event last night and the App insisted I update before I could access my tickets. After the update, the app just crashed upon opening it. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, deleting app data and cache, rebooting my phone, etc. It is just plane broken. Fortunately on my wife's iPhone, she was able to skip the update, log on to my account and access my tickets so we could attend the event. Would be zero stars if I could. Massive FAIL AXS!
1 ★Update:. Was instructed to install the update. Did so. Have tried to sign in to view my tickets 10 times (so far) I'm stuck in the "please check your email to verify" loop. Still no tickets. This app sucks. Regret ever trying. Installed the app last night after purchasing tickets from AXS on my computer. It was "recommended" I get my tickets this way. Ive been unable to open the app since I installed it - NOTHING. Me without access to my tickets. HA! good "recommendation". WTH?
1 ★It won't open! It won't work! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, won't even open and I cannot access my tickets to use or sell! I have also tried on my laptop and I keep getting an OOPS message. Then when I was live chatting with tech support, they kept booting me and no one helped me! I am soooo frustrated with this and now I may lose money on ticket sales AND not have a way to get into my events!
