1 ★Have had issue using app with Chrome cast multiple times.
1 ★I had the same issue with the AEW PPV as many others. I have been really disgusted with BRL's "services": once, the live feed froze, locked up, quit, and never really buffered. Another time, only the Spanish broadcast was available, and yet another time we couldn't watch it at all until the next day. Now I'm fighting to get my refund, because we were never able to watch it, just caught in a relentless loop of Purchase/Oops you already own this/restore/You need to purchase and on and on. Their customer service is terrible, so I expect a big fight to get our money returned to us.
4 ★I have really enjoyed the app. But recently now that I try to open it, I cant get past the"oops something went wrong screen" I have tried to delete cache, uninstall and reinstall. Still the same issue. Update: issue resolved it was caused due to changing DNS servers within the modem. Resetting them resolved the issue.

1 ★No stars. Wanted to watch AEW PPV. Didn't understand if you start late, you have to wait 72 HOURS for the replay. Actually still don't understand why. I read it as you have access to the replay for 72 hours after the event. And there's no refund policy. Customer service is clueless. Do not recommend.
1 ★1 star is too generous, outright just does not work. Tried to watch a live event. Half the links to the event in the app tried to make me install a different app (which also didn't work), the other half pulled up the stream but then failed to cast to my TV. What a mess. At least I tried it on a free event first before actually paying for a PPV event like I was planning on.

1 ★It's frustrating that 2 hours after the event has started you can't start from the beginning. Even worst, it's unacceptable that it has been more than 2 hours since the event ended and I still can't watch the replay. Horrible ppv experience. Edit: It took about 12 hours for the replay to be available. I've used other apps to watch live events and their replays and I've only experience this problem with BR Live. With other apps even if you have to wait for the replay, they only make you wait a small amount of time, not 12 hours. It goes without saying that I will not be using them anymore to buy PPVs.
