Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Great app. Please bring back call log search functionality. I checked permissions and that's not the issue. App settings still indicate that it's an option but it no longer shows it when selecting input for search.
3 ★This app was very usefull! All of a sudden it does not give any information on any numbers I look up! It's very frustrating especially with all the scam likely calls I get on my phone!!!!!!
1 ★this app used to be great. Now you can no longer look up numbers from your call log you have to go back to your call log copy and paste it's a waste of time I will be uninstalling if this is not fixed within the next update
1 ★Used to be good oh, now it doesn't find any number ever unless it's in your contacts and you already know who they are. It's a real bummer because it used to be an amazing app
2 ★All I want to know is who calling me, and where from location. Then I will decide if I will block or answer them. Also it use to have access to my voice mail since upgrade only contacts in search option.
5 ★I use this all the time to check calls from unrecognized phone numbers.
1 ★They charge you for single lookup (.50) and then 19.95 after a seven day "free" trial. In my opinion, I wouldn't bother with it since it is not that good.
2 ★This app will ID (Un-Blocked!) cell callers & standard govt. ph numbers, but after that it's a WASTE OF TIME....unless you PAY(!) for a "Premium" version, whatever the hell that is!!!
1 ★app no longer takes numbers from your call log and the information is often wrong or outdated. I once gave it five stars, but will be uninstalling it.
3 ★Last update removed the best feature that allowed call log search. Still a useful app for years but this is very inconvenient so had to go from 5 stars to 3 stars. It was previously perfect.
1 ★no recent calls available anymore, yes I know 'Google is blocking this', but there is no way to send this review to Google to tell them they messed up, so here is the only feedback I can give.
3 ★it works now but it was better before. you use to look up numbers off your call list. now you have to manually type the numbers in. going from call list to app to call list to app typing in number.
