1 ★I always book with them, last booking is for classic room and the picture shows king bed, suddenly it says depend on the availability during check in, when in check in they say twin bed, almosafer says its ip to the hotel, why is that when i want to book king size bed as per the picture??? Aplication mistake that made for a whole reservation mistake and yet the hotel disnt find my reservation for 14 min by phone.
1 ★I booked 5 nights with VOCO; you are totally disrespectful to your customer! As didn't confirm my booking with VOCO well before why???? Even though I paid before!!! why should VOCO counter staff rejected to check in by saying that my booking is not yet confirmed with them and ask me to check with you!! Why??? Why should I call you for this process?? Can you imagine how it is hurting who are waiting to check in with their family, children after a long journey to get into hotel??? Any answer!! NO!

1 ★Misleading and gives u cheap non refundable options, with higher refundable so you book non refundable and when you ask to Amend it they say sorry no change except time or Date, not Passenger Name not destination and they call it light"flex". I am going to delete the app and never deal with them again
1 ★Guy's I suggest you please don't book any flight ticket for hotel booking through almosafer because once you want to cancel your booking maybe some medical medical issue or government issue they're not help you out that situation and become to be headache for you. so better going to airlines webside booked directly at least they can refund at the end, since week I follow with them cancel my ticket ok I hear the same story all the people
1 ★Very bad application and service I booked a ticket and they sent me a confirmation email When i reached airport i found that the ticket is not there and i missed my flight and my hotel car bookings were lost Ill never use it again and i definitely dont recommend any one to use it. Very dissapointing
5 ★I bought a round trip ticket but had to unexpectedly get home earlier due to the Covid situation in my country as it was closing its borders and shutting down its airport. After contacting Customer Service and explaining my situation, I got a refund for the amount of my return ticket. It was my first time booking through almosafer and will definitely book with them again.
1 ★Further to below. App is misleading by providing confirmed booking and getting the payment and tow weeks after, customer service tells me that hotel did not confirm the booking. It was really disappointing try and i do not recommend this unless otherwise improved customer should have the cancelation ability . why he needs to contact the support and wait long to cancel his reservation.
