1 ★I got negative credit worth of 113dhs. For the reason I cancelled my noon food order, but I got an approval from the costumer service that in don't have anything to pay for. Now that I have order again as cash on delivery they cancelled my order and someone from noon team call me that I cannot proceed because I had negative credit. I didn't get the Items I order but still I got negative credit 😞.
1 ★I had a fraudulent transaction reported last year. After that my account has been blocked by Noon without any information to me. For 2 mnths I was addressing my concern but only response I get was.. your issue is related to noon grocery. I report there I am forwarded to noon minutes. I left it eventually. 2 days back I addressed my concern again. Today I get a response that my account had been permanently blocked cuz of that fraudulent trans. I have been asked to operated via new email id.
1 ★Bad delivery and customer service The map shows the wrong location, and no one checks the address you fill. In addition, the driver can not speak English or Arabic. So they considered the order undelivered and no refund.
1 ★Worst customer service at all. I've placed an order for a large shipment and chose my Sharjah address. Then the app automatically changed it to my Dubai office address. So I cancelled and placed the order again made sure it was the Sharjah address and paid for it by debit, the next when I was checking my order status I found out that the app changed it again to my Dubai office. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all and for 2 days I've been calling them to fix it.
1 ★Very disappointed I order products often in noon,I ordered shoes which the shoes were somehow ok ,but box which I recieved was torn and old . I just neglected it ,but I ordered a kettle and it happened the same the box was old and torn it's not the box it is bothering but packing system in such a big company. Really need to look after .
1 ★Don't buy any phone from noon I bought Samsung phone three times giving back to warranty and each time taking more than one month . For manufactureing problems . And they don't want to change the phone or return giving same phone with same problem. And it is the worse customer service ever.
1 ★Very bad experience.Please don't buy product from Noon. I got a defective washing machine and gone for return but no one came to pick the product .After one week when we complaint they asked us to claim warranty. Purchase from any other online shopping is a better option.
1 ★Very very bad experience even in a term of refund, some restaurant has poor quality food... first they doesn't have given options from the delivery food list and then restaurant itself calls and ask to change the menu...and eventually they give poor, smelling food...and Noon doesn't even response satisfactory.

1 ★Never go with the electronic and equipment's from Noon, they have the worst after sales service. i Bought a refrigerator and it stop working, since 3 weeks no any action from noon on warranty claims. they don't have such team to take care after sales services. its a very bad experience for me.
1 ★The worst experience I did redeem a voucher and the amount wasn't added to my wallet, and they couldn't help me and they can't know via their system if the voucher is redeemed or not I used them before for manu purchases, and it will not happen again and I'll spread this bad experience to everyone to avoid using you, I already contacted the call center on 16358 and they did nothing
1 ★Please don't place any order using this app. They find one or the other reason and won't deliver the product. I placed an order for a mobile and after one week of follow up with the customer care they informed me that they are sorry please cancel the order. I waited for one week expecting to receive the mobile and now I have to wait for more than one week to receive my money back. To bad services.
