1 ★Not allowed to delete my account via app, but of course I was able to create an account very easily within the app. You can't test anything without registering first. The system to input data is outdated and not very intuitive. User unfriendly.
5 ★This is a really useful app. We use Smartsheet in the office to plan and track hundreds of actions daily. Having a centrally accessible, always updated, single version of facts and statuses offers an efficient way to coordinates ourselves in our very dynamic environment. This app gives us a controlled access to this information, from our mobile phones. How convenient ! What more could we ask ?
4 ★The integration with the desktop is convenient and easy. Quick access to all my different sheets. I had some functionality and delay in updates to the desktop early on, but it seems to be improved at this time.
5 ★I use Smartsheet for basic scheduling for my remodeling business. if you know Excel then you know Smartsheet. The advantage of Smartsheet is the ability to add logic and change views from a typical spreadsheet to a Gantt chart and the app is seamless with the desktop version. I love always having my job schedule with me!
4 ★Awesome product. Application on phone isn't as user friendly as on a tablet or computer, but that is to be expected with the amount of features it has. Great for on the go additions and updates like photos, comments, or checklists.
1 ★Can't take pictures with the app I have to literally use my camera then upload them they might upload they might not. If I don't use the app for 5 or 10 minutes and I try to go back to it, it rests Sometimes I tap a space and it just says saving it makes me wait five to six seconds. No 5 to 6 seconds isn't a long time when it happens repeatedly it adds up. Please fix these things for the sake of all things productive.
4 ★I only have ONE issue with smartsheet and that is the plan pricing and limited customization per customer needs. Aside from that, it's easy to use, simple and great for sharing projects within the office.
2 ★Most features work well, however, proofs never load! I get a blue screen every time and it's so frustrating. I've tried everything to no avail. It's the one feature I need the most.
3 ★This thing works , for as long as it's not offline. It's been difficult to access files and web forms on it recently. Biggest disappointment is you can't do in-application calculations like on Microsoft Excel.
1 ★Rating company ..They started auto deduct, no way to change payment method and they aren't returning a week of every day me leaving messages for support and fiance. Feels like they are going or gone out of business and the only way to stop auto payment is cancel the PayPal account or credit card. The sheet I use is awesome, they use to answer their phones and emails...not any longer. If you are still in business don't say contact support for help...instead answer your calls, voicemails, emails
5 ★Can't believe I haven't even tried smartsheet before. 2 years trying so many business process. Spend a heck lot of money for ERP. Research on smartsheet for 3 months. Set up takes 2 weeks, and the trial on my teams is so smooth that they keep asking for new implementation. I think smartsheet should emphasize that most user can use free version. I spend a minimum 3 licence, I actually only need 2. But the user is about 20.
3 ★Drop down menus don't work well in forms, the list doesn't show up until you tap on the where the list should be. The relevant option is selected and then the next time you select the drop down menu the list appears. The add attachment section on a form should include options for phone camera and camcorder (like it does when you open it in Chrome). Add attachment section on sheets should include camcorder.
