3 ★I am a huge fan of Bitrix24 as a CRM/ERP. However I do find the mobile app somewhat frustrating to use. It is slow to respond, does not carry all the features of the Web/OnPremise platforms and is clumsy to navigate... In saying this I would still choose Bitrix24 over other CRM platforms.....

2 ★The app is slow, poorly detects network, has a poor notification system and unattractive user interface making it difficult to navigate and use. Text formating isn't easily accessible, difficult to view how many people viewed past messages.

1 ★I am unable to access the App. I always get a feedback like authentication error, unable to connect to the server, or something like: you already have bitrix network, but no bitrix24 portal.. Remedy this situation and i will give you 5 stars and recommendation cos i think the App z great..

4 ★Britix itself is an excellent resource but when it comes to the mobile app, I found its interface quite boring and short of many features that a web version offers. Also, you can't create projects in mobile app.

5 ★Very user friendly app. It would be great improvement for CRM modules to connect it with google maps - so contacts, leads and companies can be seen by location on the map (separatly). Hope it will be seen in some future versions of app. All the best.

3 ★could have been better if the conversation with each leads are viewable in the mobile app. im expecting that should have been the case so agents can continue responding to leads without having to need a laptop or desktop. but all they see are lead names, why?

4 ★hi our company is using the enterprise version. we're having an issue viewing images in the chat. the preview appears on the chat but when you click to see the full image it doesn't load. the problem, however, doesn't happen when using the bitrix desktop app

2 ★I can't sync mobile app with the web version. I've tried every proposed solution in FAQ and on web. It has good features and it's useful, but this is just frustrating.

3 ★Well, I signed up only for project management part of this service. I like web interface and I'll go on testing and using it. But this app has nothing to do with projects. It has lots of CRM functions but from Project Management there is only "tasks" function. So people can only see tasks deadlines and complete the tasks. No scheduling, no overal project progress can be seen in this app. Great pity for me(

2 ★Still buggy, they're working on it though. Very marginally useful, hopefully one day will be a good app. Also they're Russians and all support is done between 1am-4am EST which is awful. Like their response to this review... in the middle of the night. Imagine having a support chat conversation where you have to wait 24hrs for every response... and sometimes in Russian! Good people but very mediocre CRM.

2 ★Very buggy and unreliable, and the chat function is plain stupid. it doesn't save the formatting of your text, and you can't notify others, like team, slack or any other group chat systems do.

1 ★Do not take BITRIX CRM if you need to use it on the go. The mobile app does not allow you to display your Customer address (can you believe it ? ). It is not connected to WhatsApp and there is no Google Map option since the customer address is only visible in Laptop version. Basic app, quite unnecessary. Bitrix is for Laptop users only.
