4 ★This app does what I need it to do, but improvements COULD be made. I just wish turning on and off Lyft was automated (Lyft apparently prevents this option), and I also wish Doordash was an app that is an option to use as well... I could even see the usefulness of adding instacart as one of the apps to use even though I dont do instacart. But the lack of these options is the ONLY reason I give it 4 stars, otherwise. It really deserves 5 stars.
2 ★I may change this later at first it worked great. Now not so much. Now it has gotten slow and lagging causing problems and double booking and hurting both accounts. Some times it works and then it dosent. Lot of the times you will not see what it accepted nor details till it is too late. If it rejects a ride it still shows the rider you are coming till it shuts it off.
1 ★When it works it's very helpful but all too often it doesn't auto accept or turn off other apps after trip is accepted. Also has a tendency to force Lyft to be displayed even if not on a lyft ride to the exclusion of all else. App also freezes. Needs work. After update cannot get this app to work. It wants me to set up switches but all are meaningless and whatever option is chosen doesnt seem to do anything. this app is now officially useless pos.
4 ★hi, I'm having a problem with the app rejecting multiple uber trips due to rider rating being to low (mostly stacked requests). This happens even though I have set the minimum to 1 star to see if this fixes it. In my trip list the rider rating shows as 0.0 my acceptance rate does not seem to be affected (90%).
5 ★Really love this app. Been using it now for 2.5 months. they had a problem with one of the apps at one point. They notified what was going on and fixed the problem within a few days. Set it the way you want and never touch your phone the whole time you drive. They update when needed and for $3 a month, well worth it.
5 ★The app has gone to sh##. Used to be the best app but in January it became useless. Half the time it doesn't accept Lyft trips. A few months ago it stopped accepting Uber trips as well. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, still didn't work. Even got an entirely different phone, same problems. Emailed customer service several times and didn't get a response. Edit: emailed again and didn't get a response. Found their fb page, messaged them on there and got detailed help to solve my issue
1 ★this app doesn't work properly. although it was a good idea it's useless. it freezes up if I get a text or phone call and if I get another call well the app is opening the other app it freezes up my phone and forces you to do a hard reboot. no matter how much active memory is free in the app still freezes up the phone
2 ★Battery drain while not in use is ridiculous. Have to go through hoops disabling the app and everything with it to keep from draining battery. Otherwise a welcome addition durning slow times. During busy times it doesn't turn off other app fast enough to keep from getting rides and instead accepts them so I am forced to cancel one. I just don't use it in busy areas any more.
2 ★I love the concept of this.i drive for Lyft and uber, but since I started this app on the free trial, it has become a nuisance. First the app lags my phone so badly it gets irritating. Second, it will just automatically jump to uber while I'm in the lyft ride. I have missed out on rides, customersnhave canceled because I have to pull over to keep it from leaving Lyft to uber while in trying to find pickup location. I want to subscribe but these issues are costing me money
5 ★Very useful for minimizing the distraction of switching apps on the go. Also like that it auto-accepts rides that meet my criteria and notifies me when they dont, allowing me to make the choice. Support has always been responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this app.
5 ★Performs head and shoulders above the other "popular" App! For $30/year, this is a solid winner! From day 1, Maxymo has not let me down. I've increased my acceptance rates, and missed ZERO pings. I love that I can leave my phone in the car when I go buy a Pepsi and come back to see a ride already accepted and waiting for me! I'm a customer for life!
3 ★Love the app but ever since lyft blocked the use of third party apps it hasn't been the same. Also I don't think that until the issue with lyft is resolved, the increase on the monthly price is not reasonable at the time.
