1 ★What a very bad app experience for a starter. I can't sign up. I enter my email I use for all sign ups then printiful says it's not valid... Really?? See I click sign in it says incorrect password or email. That's understandable because I am a new user who want to register so I click sign up. I just tried again after your response it says my email is invalid. Maybe you can create the account for me using your system because i am unable to.
3 ★Installed ok, logged in ok and could see my first order that I made to test out Printful. However since then every time I try to use it, it just pauses for a few seconds then says oops, something went wrong try again later. Not a great start, totally unusable. Do you actually test your app before launching? UPDATE: I logged out of the application and logged back in, and it now seems to be running OK. i can review my orders. Hopefully it will be Ok from now on. As such i have updated the score to 3.
3 ★Didn't realize this was just an app to be notified and watch your sales states, nothing more really. It works perfectly for that reason alone, but was hoping to be able to design and add the products on the go, once that's possible, I'll see about giving a better rating.
1 ★Not a good fullfillment service. They screw you and your customers while destroying your businesses reputation. They request license agreements for unique, in-house parody designs that don't need or have one despite letting your item stay listed for months at a time. Use another service, I will be. Edit: It follows the guidelines. There is not any copyrighted material. I will be switching services.
5 ★App was buggy for a second. Printful team reached out with a solution. Printful primary service is amazing! It's really helped small business grow. It also makes it very easy to order personalized clothing for my company. Keeping us looking professional at events. Thanks guys!
1 ★Love this company! One of the best I've ever used! I'm always beyond happy with whatever I order online! However, as far as this app goes, I'm unable to give a positive review because it refuses to load the customization screen. Unfortunate, as I really want to try it. Again, this review is only for the app! The company itself is outstanding!! Sidenote: I'm running Android 11.
2 ★The design part of Printful's website is unbearably slow on the computer using Chrome or any browser, so we figured we'd give designing through the app a shot. The app claims you can do that after all. But actually, the app does not allow for editing any designs or making new ones.
3 ★Can't work on this app. Doesn't let you design, but it does let you upload photos. I was hoping the app would compliment the immense progress ive made on desktop but as of now its nothing like I was hoping it would be. The app use to not work at all so I'm adding some stars because progress.
1 ★App is not user friendly. I would like an app that I xan do editing and making designs from my device as I can on my pc. Options are very limited and crashes often much like the website. May have tobstart lo9king for a new provider that's more cost efficient and with usable software.
1 ★Insanely high prices and very poor design options. Definitely not worth it Update: Still stand by my comment. The Options are so limited and the printing area on the clothes are too small. This is good for company logos only, but even then the prices are much too high. I can buy brand name printed hooded for the same price ✌️
1 ★I do not like the new layout, products in an order used to be in a list where you can see all the details in one line. Now I have to slide through a carousel and actually click on every product to see the price. Please change it back or at least give us an option.
2 ★Never had any problems until recently. Not sure if there was an update but I've been forced to sign in again but it won't let me because I signed up with my social account. Every time I try to login with my Google account I get directed to the sign up page. So basically I've been blocked from using the app. Very inconvenient.
