Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

3 ★Lived it better before update. Now I can't edit the items so some pass words are out of date and incorrect.
1 ★Latest update has prevented the ability to retrieve saved entries or the ability enter categories created. It was a good app but now it is junk.
3 ★Fix the fact that i cant group my password like you say, fix the menu part(no menu on galaxy s5). Can't log out any more on the S5. Would be nice not to have to re enter all the info i have when i change phones. Fix and i will give five stars.
5 ★I find this app very useful. I'm a little weary about becoming to dependent on it. But so far it has been very reliable.
1 ★This was my favorite password app. But I just got the Galaxy S5 and it just won't work right. No Quit or settings options.
3 ★Liked using this app until I got a new s7 then there was no way to get to colors to group my entries__ at least I could not find one since the menu no longer addressed this function. Any suggestions? Thanx.
1 ★Got a new phone, Galaxy S5 and had to download the app and enter in all my passwords. Since I've downloaded to my new phone the category button doesn't work, I can't select different categories.
3 ★Been using for years and is simple and easy to use. What would make it better is being able to sort or list alphabetically. Also when exporting out to put on new phone would be nice that they do not come in all jumbled up and out of order when imported.
1 ★I just bought a new phone and I tried to transfer my backup to my new phone. The pwdlist file is saved to the right place on my SD card but the app won't recognize it. Now I can't access my important information. Will keep it at one star until the developer fixes it.
2 ★Loved this app using my note 2 then switched to an LGV 10 and for some reason I cannot import my old password into the new phone. The quit import or export function is not an option please fix.
1 ★Useless to me now that I can't edit existing passwords
1 ★Have managed apparently to forget original pwd ( I know, duh ) but no reply from email asking for help. Thus app useless. I may not be only one...
