1 ★Absolutely unreliable, For months I am having problems with payments, they only go into my account after like 5-6 WEEKS! Tried changing the payments to weekly, daily, still the same. A piece of scam app that only cares about their fees.
3 ★My experience of Spond has been good - until today. Now I am locked out of two hitherto regular tennis sessions without finding any way back in. I havee hitherto been one of 2 administrators which has added to the aggravation. Incidentally, I now find that I cannot review what I wrote in the previous line, which I find unacceptable.
5 ★I do love this app - it's stable, easy to use, UI is great and a million times better then trying to sort match availability through a WhatsApp group! Some suggestions that would be much appreciated: - Allow more payment methods. Would be great to allow me to track payments due and paid for events without having to provide account details. - Could you allow different data types for custom member fields please? E.g. tickbox/dropdowns. Other than that, I think the app is really brilliant!!
4 ★Great app for managing teams and upcoming events. Would be useful to be able to allocate a colour to the teams within personal settings so that at a glance you can differentiate between different clubs/teams upcoming games (this may be an option but I havent found it!)
5 ★Overall very good. Only extra feature I'd like is that I'm a member of 2 clubs which use spond and in one I'm an administrator. It would be great if I could switch between them without having to log in and out of the app similar to how you can in most email programs.
4 ★Great but missing some functionality. I'd love to be able to ask players for payment to be sent directly to our club account not via the app, and mark when paid (e.g. we collect cash to pay umpires at games depending on how many Qs played and it can get confusing who's paid what). I'd also like to be able to highlight the difference (colour code?) between games and training and social events. I thinks there's more but can't recall at the moment 🙈
3 ★Nice app, but has stopped sending me notifications a while back. My phone and its settings haven't changed, it started after an update to Spond and has not recovered since. Therefore I am often late in seeing events/posts that need a timely reply. Followed the FAQ troubleshooting and all is configured as should be. Phone is Samsung Galaxy S9+
4 ★The app keeps shutting down on me and lots of our parents after setting up fundraising yesterday.
4 ★Quite good! As improvements: - If you are added as attendee and host at one event, you cannot add a comment when declining as attendee or host (it won't show the prompt). It'd be nice if you could. - It would be cool if the excel export for an event could contain e.g. a row that contains their subgroup(s). Events of Multiple "sub-teams" could be easier filtered / analyzed by subgroup.
4 ★Love the app. Great to be able to respond to training sessions / matches / tournaments and also chat to coaches / other parents. Only issue is push notifications do not always work and sometimes you cannot see latest messages. You have to kill the background process and reopen to get it working. Fix that and it's 5* from me.
5 ★Done most of what we need for our Crafters club in one app. Easy to navigate and manage.
1 ★The app is useful as an orangiser however there are a few features that are missing which need to be added - No ability to export outstanding payments overall, only on an event basis which when you have lots of events is unpractical to manage - No ability to create a payment request from an event. Creates unnecessary duplication work to bill people match fees. If these are added then it would be a 5* app
