1 ★This app sucks. It doesn't stay updated. the website has my event with more reservations than the app. I downloaded the app because I'm always on the go and don't have access to a computer all the time but this is a waste of space. I usually don't write bad reviews but this is frustrating.
4 ★I want to download the list of attendees on my laptop - so I can sort just names in alphabetical order, minus their email address, and print off to enable check in (and numbers control !) on the Door. I get the message this app is already on my mobile phone - which it is, but I can't sort names NOR print off from my mobile?
5 ★I love this app. It was so easy to set up my event and upload my photo of the inviteto make it look even more perfect. It has so many options. Will be using for all my pay events
2 ★the app is glitchy and needs some work but somewhat easy to use. I can never find my event when I search after publishing an event which is frustrating because I know others aren't finding it as well and so attendance using this platform has been poor.
5 ★I've been a consumer of the arts for a minute and have used and recommended EventBrite for most of them. Now that I'm throwing the events I trust they will meet my guests needs and help me build that 1st interaction seemlessly.
5 ★Love the mobile ap it's easy to use and enables me to do all the main function including refund orders easily even if I'm not at the office which is very useful. I receive regular updates on attendees which is very useful.
2 ★This doesn't support multiple times for an event. It does not appear to show all those ordering for an event, only the last 24 or so hours. Not enough there to be useful.
1 ★Would not load the guest list on my Android devices for check in but worked on my colleague's iPhone. Very annoying. Watch out if you have volunteers planning to use this to check in guests and they have an Android phone.
1 ★Apps not very user friendly, wont alliw me to change my email address even though ive tried many times. Customer service is not responsive when trying to sort out issues as well. Cant reccomend this service im afraid much too problematic.
1 ★my tickets never show up every when I put in the order number and when when I scan the bar code. it still says i have no events. this ap is totally useless if you still have to carry a hard copy of your ticket!
5 ★Only a week in and I love it. My small business just became more accessible to my attendees and they appreciate the convenience. This app is like hiring an assistant that works 24/7!
1 ★Really pissed. Spent 40 min writing a killer description of my event only for this crappy app to not save anything I wrote. Have to redo everything. Inexcusable. This thing should save every minute, like Google docs. This is amateur garbage.
