1 ★Very disappointed with Shopback. Almost feels like they are trying to get users to buy vouchers and never use them. No reminders on confirming before buying a voucher ( i accidentally bought one while exploring your UI) and no reminders on expiring vouchers. And no way to cancel a purchase even if it is a minute post buying the voucher. Time to uninstall the app, i guess!
3 ★I have had a pretty good experience with this app, however there is one thing that bothers me. I don't get push notifications until after limited time extra cashback periods end, like a good hour after, or only when I open the app so I miss all the good deals. I don't haven't this issue with any other app. Is there a solution for this?

5 ★Best rewards app for me. There are so many sites that I normally ship online with that I am now getting cashback for. Hundreds of dollars in a couple months of regular shopping. I like some of the challenges Shopback has too. A bit of incentive to get something ahead of time and claim some extra dollars. So many times I get boosted cashbacks at my regular stores too ... up to 30% so far. So much fun. Loving the system. Thanks.
3 ★Beginning to feel like Shopback is a scam. 2 days in a row i tried to withdraw my money. It keeps saying systems under maintenance. It wasn't like this when they first started. They are not contactable either. No email or phone number for me to call. Update: shopback reached out to me thru this channel. The matter have since been resolved. I am only increasing 1 star because i feel that when you want to grow, you must have a contact phone number too. You can't grow and remain impersonal.
1 ★App fails to record cashback and ShopBack takes no responsibility. I used the app to make a purchase through my pet warehouse. When the transaction didn't track I contacted ShopBack. Their position was that it's the retailers decision on whether the transaction tracked, not theirs. They took no responsibility for the fact that a transaction made using their app, meeting all conditions, with an offer they promoted, failed to track. I missed out as a result. Be careful so you don't miss out too.
4 ★Been using this app for a while now, already received $18.00 into my account now, it does take while but I think this is the process as you might take the items back for a refund and shop back has already payed you the rebate, so that's why it takes so long, just in case you try this way. The company isn't losing out! A clever setup!! Keep shopping folks to earn 💰 💰
2 ★I reported my missing cashback(with proof of purchase, screenshot). However, after 14 days of waiting, I do not have any reply from shopback. Sent in another email, asked me to wait for another week. Guess what, still do not receive any update on my missing cashback. Wrote in multiple emails to customer service, guess what, they don't even bother to reply my email. Come on shopback, you can do better than this. I do get my cashback on several occasions, but your Malaysia service are terrible.
1 ★Not genuine, after you pay for a dining or buy something,you will need to go back again in order for your first rebate to be fulfilled within a period. That means if you happened to passby a restaurant that you don't usually visit your tour cashback will be as good as no return. I din know that and have a s few cashback void after about 3 months. I wrote in to ask and been informed that there are a few more to be rejected if I don't visit the second time. So this is a forced to go back.
4 ★I love Shopback. Using it, it feels while you buy, a part of your spending goes back to you, but, it's always so long to wait for the confirmation of all the cashbacks. But generally, the app was easy to use.
