1 ★Don't buy stuff from the app, it's currently preventing both leaving reviews on items and returning them. Ordered a sweater that said 100% cotton in the description, it arrives and is 100% polyester. Can't leave a poor review, and I can't return it because it won't let me hit "submit". Terrible.

3 ★I like the style but definitely eclectic. religious themes next to barbarians and skulls but that's cool. found a banging suit for an upcoming wedding. prices were great til it was checkout time $250 , all of a sudden became $400. $100 to mail some clothes, from where Uranus, cuz I'd be to send then right back with my foot behind it. when the gear gets here, if it's nice stuff then I'll move up the stars.
4 ★I am 83yrs. Navigating this sight is challenging but I think I have managed to find a way through. Appreciate the ability to shop without having to do it physically. Can't tell if/when info is posting. No prompt button showing on screen.
3 ★Unfortunately the sizing on some items isn't right. But out of my last 2 orders I've ordered 3xxx and received small in trousers. It cost 10 dollars per item to return them. And I can't get a phone number to speak to someone. I've ordered again and I hope this order is right. When the size is right they are great products.
3 ★I DO love many of the products/ prices & buy often... HOWEVER- THE SHIPPING COST IS RIDICULOUS & I've canceled many small order bc of this. I refuse to pay MORE in shipping than on products. Its regularly +50% of my order-- if it weren't Christmas, I'd have canceled last order 18$!!! ( on 34$ purchase!!!) ADDITIONALLY- plzzz stop notifying my phone 2-4xs a day! If I want to shop- i will open App! I have almost deleted the App bc of this & will if it continues I will!
1 ★They are horrible to deal with if you have a problem. This company is impossible to get ahold of. When I send a request, they won't respond to me. I placed an order through the website. I was not logged in. It took well over a month to receive my order. The item did not work for me. Then, I downloaded the app. I tried to do a return on the item. No one will help me or respond to me. I am extremely irritated and would NOT recommend using the app or the website.
2 ★The app works fine, but the shipping cost sucks! Even after downloading the app the cost of the item trippled due to the excessive shipping cost. Isn't it illegal to profit from shipping charges, not to mention advertising free shipping and lying about it? Cheat me once, shame on me! Cheat me, oh no, there won't be a second time !

Takes forever to try and open your orders to actually gauge where it is in the process being that it provides about a 30 day window after you actually make the purchase (said 3-5 days when I paid for the expedited shipping - funny how that works). Likely will never buy from this site again. **Update - still have not received the item. My event was 3 days ago. CS denied a refund. This company is an absolute joke. Best advice - shop elsewhere and don't waste your money or time.
4 ★good customer service. enquiries handled promptly. money refunded for missing package because package was insured. i purchase for both men and women. and im satisfied with the men items but not the women clothes. im satisfied with all the shoe purchases. always true to size. if you pay close attention to reviews and sizing. you cannot go wrong when purchasing. I'll continue to purchase from this company
1 ★I bought 5 shirts, but what they show in the app has nothing to do with what they sent me. The shirts were poor quality, and the colors didn't even match. One of the shirts was supposed to be made of different pieces with different colors, and it was plain, and the pieces were painted on the fabric. I feel they stole my money. I do not recommend purchasing anything here. The worst thing ever.
