With FreeFlight Jumping, piloting your Jumping Minidrone is ultra-simple. The app connects to your Minidrone via Wi-Fi. The accelerometer and touch controls on the piloting interface help navigate your drone based on the movements of your smartphone or tablet.

THE WORLD IN IMMERSIVE VIEW

1 ★Please fix your app. the control icons does not display and Parrot is a well know brand and I see there is alot of people that has spend money on their drones, just not being able to use them. My Jumping night is just standing because I can not use it. Please alsi dint respond that your technical team is working on it as None of use believe it since they have not sorted anything out since 2018. theres still no updates for this app. Thank you.
1 ★Each of my kids received one of these for Christmas. I've fiddled for over and hour now and neither drone will connect to my S9. The support web address no longer exists for assistance, the instructions are incomplete, vague and useless. Then, my brother-in-law comes clean saying he found them on the clearance rack. Now I understand why and these will both go into the trash without use. PACK THIS UP AND TAKE IT BACK, IF YOU CAN!
1 ★Parrot sa keep telling us that they can investigate. but still this app doesnt work. there are so much things that doesnt work or work incredibly bad that it's not even a thing you can fix. this application need some serious care. (from the app details : last updated : August 31, 2016. it's a better response than every parrot sa response. )
3 ★I can figure out the buttons one by one. however biggest problem I have is I cannot delete the videos that I have transferred to my phone from the drone. there isn't a delete button, also video is not showing in phone gallery, only able to view the video via the app. I'm very confused and fustrated
1 ★This was really good but haven't used this toy in a while on my Samsung S8. Got it out tonight but App does not fully load as some buttons have crosses instead and others have a loading circle arrow thing. Still managed to drive it around but couldn't use the jump function. Is there an update coming ? Addition after response : Sorry but your response misses the point. The app is not completely loading so some functions are not working. Is there a way of sending a screenshot to make it clear ?
1 ★This app will not let me register. It says that email is invalid. It doesnt even give me an option to put in my email. I cant use the product.
1 ★The developer of this app needs to update it.. I can't connect anymore, and it says it only works on old android version.
1 ★This app used to work, however after starting it up to use it as of Dec 2018 on both a Verizon Galaxy S7 Edge and a Note 8 all of the button icons on the interface are broken (the interactive buttons on screen are obviously images from other parts of the application such as loading images and parrot logos)
2 ★I have to use this app on a tablet, because the control screen loads way out of proportion on my phone. Someone said it might be the app not supporting Android Oreo. (And I don't know if Parrot knows that the Jumping Sumo manual still tells you to download the non-existent, "FreeFlight 3" app.)
1 ★I have a andriod phone and this app is completely broken. everything is glitchy and the jumping sumo is nearly impossible to use. I almost forgot to mention I unboxed my jumping sumo and used the jumping feature a couple of times. after a few jumps the jumping sumo breaks.This is such a disappointment. How can you sell a product to consumers that is broken. complete waste of money. unless you want to get ripped off dont buy from this sad excuse for a company.
3 ★Well it just to be perfect but now its glitched, the buttons arent loading but pressable, its hard but you can still do most functions. I tried to clear cache memory and reinstall, but it didn't fix it.(it's really good to know that you're active and replied so quickly)
