Download the Parrot Flower Power Application on your smartphone/tablet to enjoy comprehensive monitoring of your plant's health: light, temperature, level of fertilizer and soil moisture.
Enabling notifications allows you to receive a real-time alert in the three following cases:
- low water tank level (only for Parrot Pot),
- low soil moisture content
- low battery level.
Database with over 8,000 plants
Over 8,000 varieties are listed in the Parrot database.
In the application, you will find expert advice written by top international botanists. This customised advice helps you optimise your plant's growth.
You can also freely browse the database to discover new varieties and learn how to care for your plants with tips and trends on their maintenance (sunshine, fertilizer, watering, etc.).

The Parrot Flower Power application helps you choose a plant that will be perfectly suited to your environment. To do this, you simply geotag yourself and indicate the level of sunlight (shade, half shade, full sun). In addition, you can consult the list of plants suited to your environmental settings according to preset categories:

- Flowering plants
- Orchids and original plants (Parrot Flower Power only)
- Fruit and vegetables
- Outdoor plants

Real-time management
When you are near your Parrot connected object (Pot or Flower Power), check, in real-time, the light intensity, ambient temperature, soil moisture and level of water in the Parrot Pot's tank.
Watering modes
You also have the option of selecting the Parrot Pot watering mode suited your needs:
- Perfect Drop: automatic watering system to ensure your plant's optimum daily growth. This watering mode is selected by default.
- Plant Sitter: automatic watering system guaranteeing up to one month of autonomy for your holidays.
- Manual: manual watering of your plant. Your plant's automatic watering system will be turned off.
- Custom: Customised configuration of the automatic watering settings for your plant.
Bluetooth Smart
The data collected by your Parrot connected object (Pot or Flower Power) are sent to your smartphone or tablet thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy wireless technology (Bluetooth v4.0), which allows it to communicate with Bluetooth Smart Ready devices. This standard is environmentally friendly due to its low energy consumption.

2 ★Parrot seems to have given up on trying anything to resolve issues for its clients who purchased the flower power sensor. My experience using the devices keeps going downhill, sadly the sensors never delivered on the promises of the companies website to be accurate and reliable. If you have multiple of these devices active, say 12+ synchronization and updates are a hassle. I own 20+ of these devices, and it's been disappointing to work with customer service to find any resolution..
5 ★Love it. Save my Peace Lily from 3 steams to a lushish healthy plant. Orderanother one on the past but seems this product is now discontinued. DRATS!At least the app is still being updated.
2 ★After firmware update, all flower powers (6 total) say no soil detected. All other reading work

5 ★Works for me as of June 2018, despite the product not being sold/supportedby Parrot. Graphs are useful and have helped me pinpoint better places forsome of my plants. Glad we purchased.

1 ★Used with 2 (expensive) sensors. One of which failed within a year. The other now rarely connects even within 1 m range & then often results in a cloud processing error. My nephew purchased 3 of these last year, all of which have now ceased to function. Extremely poor product from Parrot that feels rushed to market with little regard for the customer once the sale is made.
1 ★Update: Dead product - Can't install on my tablet anymore... New: Sync not working well for log data. Old: Works well as of 12/29/2014 - Full featured and at parity with apple version as far as I can tell. Very useful long term graphing. Highly recommended for smart gardens.

5 ★My plant is alive! My husband bought this for me because I forget to water them. This plants name is Kevin and he just sprouted a new leaf!
2 ★1. It requests reviews, i hate this. 2. A 100mb download, really? 3. Always has a red banner "could not connect" (to the web? Really?). Does it job otherwise but requires you to start the app every so and so days. This app, as is, sucks.
